Kyriad Disneyland® Paris

隣の部屋の子供たちが夜中まで騒ぎ、眠れなかった。無料送迎バスは他のホテルと共同運行なので、毎回ひどい- 混雑で暑くて辛かった。団体がいたせいか朝食は毎回長蛇の列だった。夕方16時に部屋に戻ると、まだ掃除が- できていなかった。まだまだあるが書ききれません。

周辺に食事のできる場所がなく、ホテルのレストランもビュッフェのみ。周辺ホテル１軒もビュッフェのみ。デ- ィズニーランド周辺レストランも予約なしでは待ち時間大。

シャトルバスが１０分おきに運行していてディズニーランドまで５分ほどで便利。こじんまりしたホテルで部屋- は広くもないが、ランドで遊んで寝に帰るだけなので十分だった。夕食のビュッフェは種類も多くて美味しかっ- た。朝食も予約制で特別混まなかった。

フロントのやる気のない態度。

朝食の品数が少なく味もいまひとつだった。特にフルーツは見るからに古くて変色してしまっていた。開始時間- 直後に行ったので前日の残り物が出されたいたのかも？帰る頃には新しいフルーツが出されていた。パンだけは- 前日に泊まった他のホテルよりずっとおいしかった。

Nice to stay when visiting Disneyland. Excelent option comparing to the more expensive Disney Hotels. Nice Breakfast. Perfect the shuttle to Disney parks.

The toilet was broken in our room, the room was very noisy (above the reception), the breakfast quality was poor and the dining room dirty. Would not recommend nor return there. Paid eur 160 far too expensive for what it was.

the location is near disney land

The worst Hotel I ever stayed in. Should not be considred as three stars. I did reserved 2 rooms. Absence of services, unferindly staff, bad smell in room and no response to any of our complains, are some of our issues with this hotel.My advice to middle eastern countries is do not waste your money on this Hotel.

Its location in disneyland resort

The Rooms are so small, The Breakfast was poor and the space is so small in respect with the huge amount of people and groups visiting the hotel

Kyriad is very well located to Disneyland, with the shuttle bus service it only takes 5 - 10 mins to the park.

The rooms are really only for a family with small children, although it states the rooms are for four people there really isn't enough room for 4 adults to stay comfortably. Also lifts were out of order which made it very difficult carrying 4 heavy suitcases upstairs with no help.

Convenient location for Disney parks, excellent buffet dinner.

Too many school groups resulting in large number of rowdy kids. Hotel did not respond to complaint regarding invalid Disney ticket issued by them.

I liked the fact that it is close to Disneyland Paris and that there was a free shuttle to the parks.

The staff was not very friendly for a Disney themed hotel!

We appreciate that it is located really close to Disneyland. Breakfest was very good, but avoid going for breakfeast late in the morning.

The room was small for 4 people.
