Rooms were clean and comfortable, they're bathroom were very clean and a minibar for a three star hotel was a good idea. Good area for shopping and eating.

They're Internet wifi was poor and had no room service at late hours, had no extra pillows to provide.

Very quaint, clean hotel, in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and they all spoke excellent English. Great place to stay for a city break.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice atmosphere and walk distance to every attraction in Paris. Breakfast is good and I recomend to eat at the hotel if you are used to eat breakfast. In the cafés there are very small portions and it´s not cheaper.

Great location, close to the metro station (about 5 min walk) and Le cars Air France bus stop! Nice cafes around, as well as shops. Very close to Champs Elysees. Also, wonderful breakfasts! We have stayed in the hotel for second time and for sure we will be coming back:)

Location is good. Modern designed hotel, new decoration.

The staff is not friendly. This hotel copied our passport (all of the tourists), it's my first time hotel ask my copy of passport, and not only me but my husband as well. I went to Paris several time, but this is the only hotel asked my passport copy. I ask the desk staff for nail clippers to cut my broken nail. The staff gave me a scissors and emphasis that I should give it back, because she "really, really, really" need it. I used it and returned it back immediately, I just felt not pleased because I am not a child, and her attitude made me felt uncomfortable. The room is very tiny, the shap of room I stayed like a triangle, a little bit strange. In sum, I will not stay this hotel again.

Perfect place in a good area with nice restaurants and shopping.

This is a real design hotel, meaning it looks good in the room from a design point of view but things are not practical at all! I found at least ten annoying things in the first 30 minutes in the hotel room.

Very nice hotel. Location is perfect. The street is great, full of nice shops and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and neat. Size is very decent. The hotel in general is very cozy, and the value for money is great! Definitely recommend it!

It was centrally located, very near the metro, with nice restaurants around. I specially appreciated the tranquility, and quietness of the room.

We though it was a top hotel and will stay there again if the price was right say about 80 per night

Proximity to all things central. Breakfast. Staff were VERY helpful

Heating was difficult to control, very warm in the bedroom, but an open widow did the trick.

All staff are very kindly. The room is very clean and modern. My wife liked our room. Thank you.
