ok if you're a 6'6" man and just staying overnight. Toilet was higher than in a disabled toilet, you had to stand in the bath to turn water on/off, and also very high: no where to put toiletries. hotel corridor colours (pistachio/coffee) give the appearance of a prison. The whole appearance whilst trying to give the impression of oppulence came across as cheap, apart from the beautiful vileroy & boch bathroom. Reception/staff were as appealing as checking in at an airport, although all other staff were brilliant. Room on the small side, extra bed put at bottom of main be, no other place to put it Would certainly not recommend this hotel for families or long term stay

The service of this Hotel is just very very poor. If it was not for the location I would not have stay there,I am glad I found another Hotel close by.

It is a hotel normally packed with congress attendees where you can feel lost as individual traveler. Off season it sells out rooms at bottom prices and you have great value for money. Room was to cold and even after adjustments it was not really comfortable.

Historic and impressive estate. Close to beautiful castle of Chantilly. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Good service. No complaints at all. All perfect. Due to countryside location no alternatives to hotel restaurant very close by.

The locAtion of the room was pleasant. The choice for dinner appeared to be one of two gourmet menus - I did not see an a la carte and booking was compulsory. I think that is inflexible. The club sandwich was made from sub standard ingredients.

There was a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. The food was excellent, if quite expensive. The previous guest had filled the beer bottles in the mini bar with water. This should have been checked.

Location closed to Chantilly castle Countryside - Forest & Golf view Young staff very kind & helpful The buffet restaurant - expensive for very restrictive choice of basic dishes, room very noisy and not clean (ceilling full of bees) The prices: Coffee at Bar at 5 euros - Supplement for Breakfast in room was 25 euros ! Superior Double Room with Forest View' was in fact just above the main parking, with the forest view behind .... we moved to another available room with golf view - supplement was 70 euros per night : the bedroom was unpersonnal with a large stain on the carpet, and air conditionning was blocked ...

Nice premises, huge garden / golf course, close to chateau Chantilly Service and cleaning is sub-par. For me even fails 3 stars. 1) washing basin didn't work, no way the cleaning women could have missed this, room should never have been cleared for a guest. Refused to give another room, did plumbing (!) instead. 2) hair in bathtube 3) performance of cleaning woman a failure, in many other ways: ignored "no entry" sign, no refills etc. 4) reception ignored explicit instructions 5) address is wrong: go to "street: Avenue du Verdon, city: Vineuil St-Firmin", not Chantilly. -- these errors are not failures of individuals, but of hotel processes.

Nice premises, golf course, close to Chateau Chantilly Room was in poor state: 1) washing basin was clogged, not working. No way a cleaning woman could miss that, room should have never been given to a guest. Asked for another room, but not possible, instead they did plumbing in my room. 2) hair in bathtube 3) shower slightly broken 4) generally poor performance of cleaning and staff 5) not coincidences, many of the problems would have been seen and solved if the hotel would operate properly. For me, it even fails 3 stars.

It was a very comfortable and quiet hotel in large grounds but close to the centre of Chantilly and only a few miles from historic Senlis and the motorways. The bath was very difficult to use by the elderly or infirm.

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice settings, large garden and many areas to relax outside or inside. Spa and swimming pool was also very nice. Relatively large swimming pool. We did a massage which was great and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was great with a large selection of hot and cold dishes. They let us do a late checkout, let us stay in the hotel spa after checkout, and also drove us to the train station, free of charge. It was very nice of them.
