Business Centre and Facilities Oustanding! Staff during breakfast (etoile) were a complete opposite from evening meal. During breakfast, no service, un-interested staff, unacceptable for such a hotel. However during evening meal, all was fine, service excellent as you would expect. How is this possible?! |

Lovely grounds, very peaceful, faboulous food, spacious and comfortable room We found it virtually impossible to sleep on our last night as furniture was being moved in the bar or function room below our room until 1am and it started again at 5am. The noise was terrible and not what you expect in a hotel of that standard. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and allowed us to check in early following a long journey which was really appreciated. The view from our bedroom window was also excellent A bit too formal for our tastes - dress codes, for example are not something we want to involve ourselves with whilst on a holiday if possible |

The room and the hotel in general were really good, clean and calm. Big rooms, confortable beds and green outside! The offer we had by booking was very cheap compared to real rates (too expensive according to the hotel) if booked directly to the hotel! expensive breakfast |

The breakfast was beautiful. The pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. The reception staff were aloof, some were unfriendly and unsmiling. This does not apply to the breakfast buffet staff who were lovely, helpful and friendly. |

Gym and swimming pools were good €14 for pint of beer is ludicrous. €10 for bottle of beer. €4.50 for water. €12 for a sandwich. The staff on reception were less than helpful and I was constantly left waiting while they took phone calls etc.Zero atmosphere in hotel |

It is located in short distance to the Airport cdg in Paris and therefore good for the last night in France before flying back to usa. There was a business group from Netherlands, which behaved less appropriet for a 4 star hotel. |

This was at the end of our stay in Europoe and it was both luxurious and relaxing. The facilities at the hotel are absolutely fantastic and its proximity to the Chateaux and the historical village of Senlis meant that we had a lot to see. I would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay. |

On the plus side, the hotel has plenty of sports facilities in a parkland setting. The rooms are clean and reasonably sized. On the downside, food and drink are quite expensive in the hotel. |

The beautiful setting, facilities and calming environment. The hotel tried to charged EUR 15.00 for a forest/golf course view when it states on the webite all rooms have a view of the forest. Room Service takes an hour from when you order (even for a chocolate desert). Make sure you take your booking confirmation with you. |

Liked the calm and tranquil setting and breakfast was superb. Just a comment - the hotel was excellent and the rate with booking.com was excellent considering it is an expensive hotel. However if you are on a budget holiday while the rate is very attractive to enjoy the hotel the food and drink prices are high. |
