The room was very comfortable

the staff was not friendly, they seemed put out when asked questions and food in the restaurants was over priced for only ok quality

The location and the ambience combined with a spacious modern bedroom

An attempt to seat us in an area of the gourmet restaurant with no exterior view. We refused and ate in the adjoining restaurant.

The setting was magnificent and the surroundings very tranquil. the restaurant facilities ad the food was excellent but the gourmet restaurant was a bit too pricey.

A bit of a long walk from Chantilly; wonderful in the sun but not so nice in the rain.

We enjoyed our stay overall

I tryed to negotiate directly with the hotel for a rate for 50 rooms. Despite many calls and discussions the rate quoted was more than booking.com and the hotel set that rate. Very frustrating

The ability to accomadate my family and daughters wedding guests. 30 from the uk and 60 from France, Africa, Holland, Ireland, and Spain. In one location.

Enjoyable stay. This hotel is situated just 3 mins drive from Chantilly. My room was a little bit noisy but other than that no problems.

Great Hotel, It was all more than perfect, for a great Price. Staff great and Breakfast more than perfect, Room with a lot off space! Go back next time!

The double bed was actually 2x single beds put together.

Great for golf

The bar area was fairly comfortable and we were attended to quickly at Reception. This was probably because the hotel was extremely quiete.

Some of the staff appeared a little stressed, under pressure and uncomfortable thus giving an unwelcoming and unrelaxed manner. Information provision was poor. We were not able to buy light meals at all during the Saturday and could only be offered one choice at both lunch and dinner - club sandwidge - which was good. However evening light meal 'only choice' was again bread with cheese and was very poor and probably the poorest example of food in any hotel in the world I have visited. This was served in a brusk manner and the restaurant was clearly too busy to attend to the needs of the customers whilst preparing for a large party.

reception is terrible. although they have commercial smileee and friendly attitude. she introduced two famous restaurant with simple map we serched and serched nearly two hours in forest aerea. we asked several people and finally found the map ithey gave is complete wrong. it was already 9 pm. we found finally restaurants but all closed on monday. we come back to hotel and claimed that they sent us closed restaurants. they might know restaurants closed on monday. they do not apologied nor sorryed. they said "a-h". thank you I 'll never come again.

The Exterior

The rooms are OK although basic in general areas the Interior design is very dreary and depressing, but worse of all was the food served for dinner and breakfast it was very poor quality and little choice, we would never wish to eat there again

Expensive for a fairly basic room. The no smoking policy hadn't been adhered to in our room by the previous(?) occupants and we were unable to have another room.

The hotel has a fantastic location in a beautiful area. Out in the countryside, historical towns nearby, yet only 35 minutes from Gare du Nord in Paris by train (the train itself from Chantilly, is only 23 minutes) The grounds are impressively kept, immaculate and clean. Although on the expensive side, the restaurant is very good, except strangely, the breakfast, which is average to below average (cold warm dishes) and therefore overpriced at €21.

The Internet connection is free, which always makes my "good" list, but slow. Being a "luxury" hotel, the prices for drinks are just into the "foolishly expensive" zone. A mojito is no better for costing more....(and in fact, the mojito was not even worth repeating-so stick with the wine or beer)

A vast hotel with nice facilities and a fantastic restaurant

Lack of attention to detail: the indoor pool area wasn't super clean, there was a lack of towels. Staff were hard to find at times.

Piscine interieur trop en sous sol les chmabres n etaient pas prete à notre arrivée (16h30 alors qu'elles devaient être pretes à 15h) le repas du golf house horrible et cher rien pour les petits enfants

le calme, chambre agréable donnant sur un petit lac avec vue sur le golf

manque d'accessoires (1 seul petit flacon de gel douche et 1 de crème )pour 2, pas de shampoing. ns sommes restés 3 nuits et pas de renouvellement.Il a fallu en demander. dommage !
