オーナー夫妻がとてもフレンドリーで、とても親切に対応してくれました。12月24日の宿泊で夕食の予約を- していなかったのですが、近所のレストランへいろいろと電話してくれたり、あるもので夕食を作ってくれると- いう提案もあり、とても優しかったです。 日本式の3階に宿泊したのだけど、エレベーターがなかった。

The style of the Hotel, the story behind, the owners which are very friendly and welcoming us as guests. The idea of an "art" Hotel, the pictures of the actuel artist, the garden, breakfast at the wintergarden, the big and elegant stairway, the high celings in the rooms, the soft and thick bath towels and to see how much love and heart the owners put in this project.

It was perfect! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and the owners kind and helpful. We had a very large, beautiful room with a spacious balcony and a huge bath. Everything we needed was provided. This beautiful facility is a destination in and of itself. Enjoy!

고풍스럽고 아름다운 호텔입니다. 정원이 넓고 예쁩니다. 테라스가 넓고 침대가 안락합니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 아침에 테라스에서 보는 정원 경치가 정말 아름답습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 없습니다.

A warm welcome after a long day cycling. The chateau is beautiful and quirky and set in a charming garden. It is a real oasis on a busy road junction. We ate in on the first night and were provided with a simple but delicious home-cooked meal. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are a number of good restaurants in the vicinity. No cupboard space for clothes only hanging space - but not something that would prevent us from going back there

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully furnished and displays numerous paintings. Breakfast is fine and is served in a conservatory overlooking the garden. Their is adequate parking at the hotel. The town is not as picturesque as others is Alsace and in many ways this fine building seems out of place.

Les hôtes de ce magnifique domaine ont beaucoup de classe et sont adorables. Ils nous ont reçus comme des invités plutôt que comme des clients (nous étions dix personnes). Le cadre (intérieur comme extérieur) est merveilleux, les chambres sont superbes, avec tout le confort possible, dans le respect de l'esthétisme du château. De plus, notre hôtesse nous avait exceptionnellement préparé un dîner , lequel était vraiment excellent! Nous aurions volontiers passé plus de temps en ces lieux et il est fort probable que nous y retournerons! Rien !

Nous avons aimé le cadre luxueux de ce petit château, l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, le charme de notre chambre mansardée, la soirée jazz et le buffet assorti, la qualité du petit déjeuner rien ou presque : comme souvent, l'inconvénient dans ces anciennes demeures réside dans le manque d'insonorisation et les bruits de porte ou d'écoulement d'eau traversent les cloisons.

Pas de remparques négatives à l'exception de la localisation de l'hôtel. Environnement immédiat de l'hôtel, les premières impressions suite à la consultation des données sur l'hôtel disponibles sur le net donne l'impression d'une localisation du site à l'écart d'une ville ou en campagne, une fois sur place, pas du tout, on se trouve en périphérie d'une ville sans grand attrait.

La atención del personal. Quedarse en este hotel es disfrutar del concepto "servicio personalizado". Además el establecimiento disfruta de una atmósfera impar, que te hace desconectar y relaxar por unos días. Todas semanas tienen presentaciones de bandas de jazz. Detalle: hay una galería de arte y un una interesante boutique en el hotel. Tenga claro que la ciudad donde esta ubicado el hotel es un pueblo de pequeño porte.

Fantastik hotel med et værtspar, der forstår at være der for deres gæster. Det er næsten som at komme på besøg hos sine bedste venner. Indretningen af slottet er alene et besøg værd. Der er en god blanding af ny og gammel kunst, som bærer præg af at ægteparret har en fortid som galleriejer i Provence. Hotellet ligger som sagt i Guebwiller og er et godt udgangspunkt for at nyde det super skønne Alsace. Der er super gode restauranter inden for en rækkevidde på 5-10 km. og kan specielt anbefale Michelin restauranten Philippe Bohrer og Le jardin des saveurs.
