The Domaine de Clairefontaine is a beautiful mansion from the 17th-century set in the heart of a 3-hectare park. Free Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning are provided in each guest room. Each room is decorated in a traditional style and has a private terrace. The gourmet restaurant offers cuisine by an award-winning French chef. A buffet breakfast is prepared every morning. friendliness of staff. Quality of food in restaurant. and the fact that they accommodated us in the restaurant despite arrive very late due to traffic problems caused by snow. Not the cheapest place i've stayed in but good quality.

We had a lovely room at Domaine de Clairefontaine with a quiet, peaceful patio on which to relax. It had a very unusual bathroom with counters and walls made with formed concrete that was painted with a smooth golden finish. The staff was helpful and attentive. We had dinner at the hotel which was excellent, although very expensive. Domaine de Clairefontaine is not easy to find and not located in a village that has any services. So for lunch we were told to go to a town down the the road (not far they said), that turned out not as easy to find as we were told. Written, complete directions should be available at the hotel. It would have made for a much easier stay. We opted to have dinner at the hotel (and were glad we did), because we did not want to venture out at night again.

Very comfortable rooms. Fantastic restaurant. Very good staff. Lovely garden. It's ashamed there is no swimming pool. Beware of weekends as the venue is used for weddings

We received such a warm welcome from the staff and the chef. The food prepared for us was excellent,can't wait to return.

Gastonomie Service du chef de salle nul pour avoir attendu 50 minutes et réclamer que l' on s'occupe enfin de vous malgré un personnel très nombreux pour le diner. Indigne pour un restaurant de telle qualité.

Très belle étape sur la route des vacances. Chambre superbe et très spacieuse, presque une suite. Le calme , un parc magnifique, un personnel attentionné et un excellent petit déjeuner.

La carte restauration haut de gamme Climatisation défaillante et mini tv .En plus le prix car il s'annonce comme un deux étoiles..... la carte des menus offre des prix très haut que l'on peut considérer comme justifié Le mini bar apparait gratuit car aucun prix n'est affiché mais il est payant la carte des vins est hors de prix

Très belle chambre dans un parc arboré ; accueil excellent ; personnel compétent ; la salle de bain était très grande et très originale ; il s'agissait davantage d'un mini appartement : grande entrée avec toilettes , grande chambre et grande salle de bain dont une douche à l'Italienne séparée. Excellent repas dans une ambiance raffinée. Seul mini reproche : un téléviseur à l'écran très petit ce qui oblige à le regarder de près.
