L'accueil très agréable et prévenant. Le calme. Les équipements spa, soins, hammam, jacuzzi, sauna et piscine chauffée intérieure. Un peu déçu par le dîner au restaurant le soir. Je m'attendais à une cuisine plus gastronomique.

Le professionalisme et la disponibilite du personnel. Le restaurant est excellent. Le calme de cet hotel, le confort et la proprete des chambres. Parfaitement situe entre Dauville, Houlgate, Cabourg, ce qui permet de visiter et de profiter des ces endroits.

Hôtel bien situé, endroit très calme. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très copieux et très varié Chambre très spacieuse et confortable Endroit très recommandable Le prix excessif des repas et des boissons au restaurant de l hotel , mieux vaut se restaurer à l extérieur

La piscine le jacuzzi le personnel la chambre L'on m'avait fait des eloges sur le restarant mais je pense que comme nous n'étions pas nombreux dans l'hotel le service n'etait pas à la hauteur de sa réputation idem pour le choix du petit dejeuner pas de croissant dommage

La porte des toilettes qui est mal posée et grince énormément; c'est très moyen pour ce type d'hotel qui ne trouve pas de solution après qu'on lui ait signalé le problème après la première nuit. Le prix du petit déjeuner (19 euros) très différent de celui annoncé par booking.com (15 euros)

Positieve punten: Service en vriendelijkheid Mooie grote kamers Netheid Ontbijt en Diner aanwezigheid van zwembad en wellness Jammer dat ze slechts twee menu's hebben, waardoor je bij de tweede dag al uitkijkt om ergens anders te gaan eten.
