I suppose it's difficult to go wrong in that area, but this is a nice place. It's obviously not top end, because you don't pay top end prices
It would be good if you could get a couple of bottles of local plonk there. I guess there's probably some licensing requirement that is unfeasible for such a tiny establishment, but it seems a pity when you're in the middle of a famous wine region and you have to bring your own.
The family suite is enormous and has a lovely decoration. The room couldn't be more confortable. We loved the bathroom: it is huge and beautiful. Besides being extremely clean, confortable and beautiful, the Domaine du Chai is owned by a very kind couple.
The hotel is not very easy to find. Try not to arrive at night. If you don't have a GPS, forget about it.
A good quiet room with simple breakfast

The owners helped us with finding good wine and a lovely restaurant. Lovely setting and very beautiful room with antiques and comfortable beds.

This is a very good bnb. Great swimming pool.
Lovely room, great breakfast, good advice regarding places to visit. Had no problem finding the place.
Very welcoming hostess who was really keen to offer advice regarding places to eat etc. We were out of season so choice was limited, but the place she recommended was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh croissants, bread and jams. Beautiful room with character and interesting furniture, quality finish. Good shower and there is a hairdryer, Also lounge area downstairs available to sit in. English spoken fluently, making things easy if needed. Thank you for a lovely one night stay.
Very little to criticise! If we had stayed a second night I would have asked for an extra blanket because we are used to a rather over heated home and found the bedding limited with no extra available. I am confident the host would have provided this as she was very helpful. Out of season the Chambre D'hote is isolated with little availability of shops (and yes, is tricky to find even with GPS). I understand from the host, that she is not allowed to provide any reshreshments apart from breakfast (or booked evening meal) under the Chambre D'hote system, so I would recommend that guests take some provisions with them if drinks/snacks are likely to be needed.
