“ An excellent room in a lovely quiet location near Annonay for the Tour de France. Easy access from the town by car. Breakfast provided a range of choices. The room was large and very comfortable. A balcony was a nice place to sit in the evening. Desk staff were very helpful and polite. The microwave, sink area and large fridge were a bonus. An excellent bathroom. ”

An excellent room in a lovely quiet location near Annonay for the Tour de France. Easy access from the town by car. Breakfast provided a range of choices. The room was large and very comfortable. A balcony was a nice place to sit in the evening. Desk staff were very helpful and polite. The microwave, sink area and large fridge were a bonus. An excellent bathroom. It was a pity that the pool area closed early as we were looking forward to a swim after a hot day touring. It would be a positive if there were tea and coffees facilities in the room.

La literie, équipement (spa, hammam, massage...), l'accessibilité dans les horaires d'ouverture Le service, les dysfonctionnements tout au long du séjour (arrivée chambre pas faite, portail hs, carte ouverture de la chambre qui est désactivée au cours du séjour...)

accueuil,confort,gastronomie,cadre centrale de clim placée à l'extérieur au pied des chambres donnant sur le parking ! impossible de dormir la fenètre ouverte à cause du bruit , dommage à la campagne

Tout, c'est un petit paradis. On a été déçu d'arriver à l'hotel à la veille d'un congrès, on avait pas la chance d'avoir accès au restaurant. Mais on a eu de bons conseils auprès de la reception pour un bon restaurant dans les alentours.

Le personnel très compétent et accueillant! Le Spa est propre est entretenu. Le restaurant excellent. Petit problème de chasse d'eau mais pas très grave.

Degelijk, proper, comfort, ligging, rust, lekker eten, personeel ok. - aerco te koud in restaurant ! Zeer belangrijk minpunt. Zelfs na opmerking! - geen bruin brood ontbijtbuffet - koude koffie - personeel bij ontbijt zeer onvriendelijk na die opmerkingen! Als volgend jaar idem, zal het de laatste keer geweest zijn.

la gentillesse du personnel ( sauf celui de nuit) l environnement trop cher par rapport aux prestations données pour un 4étoiles: mini bar vide, oreillers mauvaises qualités, pas de boissons chaudes dans les chambres
