After 4 nights on soft beds, it was exellent change. (Not so hard but no soft). Nice view at lake from the room terrace was in the price of booking.com. They have different prices on the place.

It's a convenient stopover when travelling from Italy to the uk. This was our second stay and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel is the fact that they accept our dog at no extra charge and we are able to take him into the restaurant and bar! My daughter's room wasn't as clean as ours and the decor looked a bit tired.

Diner excellent et personnel du restaurant très souriant et efficace. Un peu déçus par la vue sur le lac car la dénomination "lac"ressemble plus à un petit étang ... Rapport qualité prix du Petit déjeuner un peu exagéré.

Le restaurant avec une gastronomie à la française à prix modéré et son personnel. La terrasse avec vu sur le "lac". Le sol qui était chauffé. Obligé de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte.

Calme. Rapport qualité/prix 1. Prix: 70 € pour un prix normal de 78 € ==> pas de vraie remise. 2. Carte menu: aucune spécialité du terroir 3. Déjeuner simpliste, pas au niveau escompté 4. Photo publicitaire de hôtel "trompeuse": pas de lac mais petit étang ! pas de forêt, juste qiuelques sapins 5. Ville pas belle; 1 seul resto typique!

la tranquillité et pouvoir se faire livrer son petit déjeuner directement dans la chambre. étant à mobilité réduite donc en fauteuil roulant je n'ai pas trouvé la chambre + douche super pratique à mon sens!!! Il est urgent de la refaire en prenant les suggestions de personnes en situation de handicap!

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Chambre propre et chaleureuse. -Chambre avec un éclairage de plafond supplémentaire. Toutefois sans enlever les éclairages existant qui donne à l'ensemble une atmosphère romantique.

Nature. A 5 mn d'une ruine de chateau qui domine la ville de Guebwiller. Restauration excellente. "Chambre double" avec 2 Lits séparés si on ne précise pas "un grand lit" à la réservation. Insonorisation moyenne des chambres.
