Gorgeous setting, very tranquil. Loved all the cyclamens in flower up the long drive.

Generally the hotel lacked some attention to detail - eg even on gorgeous sunny days no-one put the mattresses out on the sunbed. On the four days we were there no-one tidied the pool area, or removed the leaves etc from the pool surface. Things I would expect as basic/standard from a hotel like this.

Everything about this hotel was supurb, and out of the 3 Chateaus we stayed at, this was our most enjoyable (and actually the Cheapest of the 3) The staff was fantastic, friendly, and our room was very clean, very comfortable bed, and apparently just renovated. We had dinner at the Chateau and it was very reasonable priced and the wait staff were great.!! Cant wait to go back!!!

The quality of accomodation, the location, the lovely views and the surrounding countryside. The food was excellent. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This is a great place to relax. It is a destination in its self rather than just a place to sleep.

Very polite staff, cozy room, clean bathroom, beautiful château, nice restaurant. They have made a mistake with our reservation upon arrival, they expected us the following day, but in order to compensate us for the inconvenience they offered us a suite for the first night and then they moved us to a “prestige” room instead of the “charme” room we have booked.

Mini bar placed in the bathroom, something that looks a bit awkward to me.

Charming building, Frendly staff. Toilet too small in our room. Very expensive.

O hotel é lindo, a localização é no meio de um bosque. A cozinha é excelente e o pessoal muito bem formado. Você efetivamente entra no clima do Vale do Loire hospedando-se neste Chateau do século 19 mas com todo o conforto atual.

Você precisa de estar com carro alugado,o hotel fica a 13 km da cidade de Tours e não tem nada por perto a noite, nem restaurante.

O hotel e bem bonito , um pequeno castelo . .Somente a recepçao e sala para refeiçao ficam dentro do castelo. Os quartos ficam do lado de fora .Nao era bem dessa forma que imaginavamos ficar hospedados .o lugar e lindo ,com uma vista muito agradavel.Para quem gosta de ficar meio isolado de tudo , o hotel e perfeito.Na recepçao e no jantar fomos atendidos por uma portuguesa muito atenciosa chamada Sandrinha.

O hotel fica a 20 minutos ou mais dependendo do transito, da cidade mais proxima chamada Tours.Por estar isolado de tudo , voce e obrigado a fazer as refeiçoes no proprio hotel , a menos que esteja com carro alugado.Embora seja muito bonito , nao achei pratico ficar la , pois todos os passeios para os castelos saem de Tours.O Valor do taxi para ir e vir de Tours fica mais de 60 euros.Nao ficaria outra vez nesse hotel.

J'ai aimé Le grand parc, les cèdres Le repas Le cadre, le château, le calme.

En general, las instalaciones y el trato cercano y amable del personal del hotel.

Llegamos de noche y nos costó un poco encontrar el Castillo, por lo que mejoraría las indicaciones de llegada.
