Staff were very polite,helpful and accommodating. My children would have liked 'nutella' at breakfast as an option to the other jams as we have had in other 'P'tit Dej' hotels. Also some of the English translation is not quite right!

We loved the staff, who was so nice and offered a very good service. We didn't like the fact that we couldn't find the hotel ... It took us 35 minutes to discover that "P'tit Dej-Hotel" was written in very, really very little characters next to Dome Hotel. But once we were inside, it was really a very nice experience!

Location Room facilities and cleanliness Hepful and friendly staaff (one man) Bed - mattress could have been softer and pillows larger. Would have liked a hot food option of some form at breakfast - eg scrambled eggs (as with Kyriad hotels)

het ontvangst was zeer goed een zeer vriendelijke man die snel een kinderbedje bracht prima!!! het ontbijt - spijtig was er te weinig keuze - geen vlees en we waren niet alleen die dit op merkte- je kon meer spreken van een vegetarisch ontbijt - als je dit even wil melden aan de klanten dan is de ontgocheling niet zo groot - verder is het proper en goed gepresenteerd - ook de eetgelegenheid was netjes

Bon accueil,très sympathique ,disponible et bien situé; les chambres sont agréables et suffisamment spacieuses. Ne pas attendre pour faire les petites réparations, les rideaux de douche trop légers ( il nous colle dessus ) il faut les lester! C'est un petit conseil amical !

Le personnel qui ma aidé pour l’accès wifi car impossible à se connecter Il y avait 3 sortes de poils différents au lavabo. Le pommeau de douche qui ne tenait pas, l'eau coulait à l'extérieur de la douche. Pas assez de papier toilette et aucun rouleaux de rechange. Qu'une seule table de nuit alors que nous étions deux. Serviette douche et pas de serviette mains Parking complet j'ai du me garer à l’extérieur alors qu'il était bien mentionner "parking privé à disposition" .

chambre propre, grand lit,vue sur les montagnes le temps d'attente au restaurant à coté de l'hôtel . Ils devaient être débordés en cuisine ce soir là : 1h d'attente avant d'être servis.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'acceuil très sympthique des deux personnes responsables, l'intérêt porté à la personne , professionnelle et amicale en même temps .. on se sentait bien et ils ont tout compris à ce qu'est le service hôtelier .. je le recommanderait à mes amis et nombreux "commerciaux" voyageurs . situation géographique au calme et proche des restaurants
