hotel senza ascensore - moquette vecchia e non accogliente - colazione scarsa e scortesia del personale di sala: spostato dal tavolino scelto ad uno più piccolo però vicino all'aria fredda della porta - oltretutto dista 3 km dal centro cittadino

Excellent Restaurant, good public facilities and outside space with swimming pool for summer use. Excellent security friendly car park.

Bedroom in roof space totally unacceptable standard which we stayed in on our return trip. The ground floor bedroom was acceptable. Horrible, dark, dangerous stairs, passage ways and halls 24 hours a day.

Helpfull staff, Very comfortable beds good facilities good food in pleasant dining area. Excellent for stop over enroute to final destination. Have used many times whilst travelling thro' France to Spain and vice versa by car.Easy access to Auto route etc. Good value for money!

Dirtiest hallway I have ever seen- and I've been around the world a lot. It smelled like someone/something had died there, very recently. The owner should be embarassed that his customers walked on the dirtiest, most threadbare carpet I've ever seen.

Ai ideal hotel for a stop over on the way back home from / going off on holiday. Perfect location, not far from the motorway and not far from St Jean de Luz. We were allocated a newly refurbished room which was very comfortable and the shower was super. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool heated to 28 degrees. The garden is well maintained in order to detract from the fact that the hotel is in a built up area. The restaurant buffet represents good value for money.

The room was "sound proofed" so the noise of traffic was really minimal.... until the window was opened. Rather expensive. The price didn't include breakfast which made the stay the most expensive of our holiday, but the hotel certainly wasn't the best. They are refurbishing but there is still a lot of work to do.

Good hotel for a short stay, rooms clean and simple, very handy for the motorway, will use again.

Great facilities and a really good price for the area.

It was out of town, a 25 Minute walk, but it it had been further in you would ay a lot more and probably wouldn't have a pool, which I loved.

Friendliness of staff, comfort of hotel, location was fairly near town/ buses to town.

Evening Meals in hotel over priced felt not value for money, found rabbit outsite window every morning nibbling on grass, only problem (girlfriend ellergic to rabbit hair)

Very convenient if you're travelling by car as it's just off the motorway but very quiet with a swimming pool and a nice garden.

Someone had been smoking in the room although it was sopposed to be a non-smoking room

No fuss, clean, modern.

Far from centre obviously.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The buffet dinner is very welcome after a long journey on the road.
