Our room was spacious and very comfortable; the restaurant menu was not extensive or fancy, but the food we ordered was well prepared. Although the hotel is located near CDG airport, noise from the airport was not noticeable due to the double set of windows. I was very disappointed to see that you charge for internet access. The vehicle parking fee was also disappointing, but more understandable. |

There are two Novotel hotels near the airport and I think that is something that should be stressed. Our taxi driver did not know about the Novotel 4 hotel so we were dropped off in error at the Novotel one. So we had a bit of a run around on that. The hotel is fine. It's clean and the buffet was good. It served it's purpose but it isn't somewhere I would recommend other than if you have an early flight. There is nothing to do in the area. |

Once we figured out how to turn on the lights the place was fine Our stay was affected by a strike of the airport shuttle drivers. We had to wait for a long time at CDG for a van. We also had to get up hours early to catch a van back to CDG due to limited capacity vehicle and that the hotel gave priority to others. I won't stay there again. |

Close to the airport I had to expect two hours for the shuttle bus that didn´t work at my arrival and I had to book a taxi to the airport at my departure because the shuttle bus didn´t work again. |

In truth, nothing. Except, perhaps, the design of the shower stalls! Breakfast buffet was fair, as was dinner the preceding night. TV didn't work. Speakers for the TV system in the bathroom. Location of hairdyer immediately inside bathroom door - it is too easily knocked. Too long a wait for the navette, both at the airport and the hotel. |

convenience to airport We ordered coffee for the morning and when we checked out, we were charged 54 euros. We feel we should not have been charged as a buffet breakfast was included with our stay. 54 euros was an exorbitant price to pay for coffee and a croissant. |

The hotel although modern and clean is totally lacking in warmth--it is a behemoth with no spirit. The staff is extremely indifferent ,both at reception and at the restaurant.At the restaurant,they don't even bother to offer you service. They would rather clean up tables then service diners. You must call them several times before they acknowledge you! Almost everything was quite average or poor except for the shuttle service which was prompt and efficient! |

It was very clean and modern. We chose this hotel because of its close proxity to the airport. We had difficulty getting the shuttle back to the hotel after returning our rental car to the airport. Apparently, the hotel staff forgot to mention that this hotel is serviced only from Terminal 2, not all terminals. It took quite a while for us to figure this out and then make our way to our shuttle. After returning to the hotel, we realized that we could have taken most of the other hotels' shuttles because they were on the same street as the Novotel. |
