I did not like the fact that the online reservation did not get to the hotel. Even when I showed them a copy of my online reservation with confirmation number they told me it was invalid. I was very disappointed and worried about whether I could stay at the hotel after all. They said someone had failed to send them the confirmation fax. |

nothing in particular check in time - we were told 3pm which i htinkk is not fair and we needed to be out by 11am which again is ot fair - no flexibility |
