The short guy working in the restaurant was nice. The room service was delicious and well priced. I was really disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel because it had spa facilities, I booked through an external company, whom I email a week prior to my stay at your hotel to male a reservation for a massage the day of my arrival. (I have a copy of the email they sent you). When I arrived no booking was made, and I was not aloud to make a booking for that day either. When I arrived my room wasn't ready, I booked a smoking room. I was told I could have a non smoking room, or wait half an hour. I waited half an hour and returned to reception, they called someone and said to me sorry I can't get through, how about you just smoke out the window. Not the kind of service I expect from a hotel of your calibre. On check in I wasn't told of any of the facilities, so when I called the spa to find out where the sauna and steam rooms were I was answered with "in the hotel"!! Um, yes thanks, I think I can figure that out, I was actually looking for the floor? Overall I was really disappointed as this was my last day ineurope after a month and I wanted to stay somewhere nice where I could get a massage and none of these things happen. I would never stay again and I will never recommend my friends stay. I normally always stay accor, this hotel is certainly not up to accor standards.

They have refurbished the hotel recently. Loooong shuttle to get to the cdg terminals. One should estimate more than 30 mins, even if it is just next to the hotel. Taxis will not bring you due to the short distance. Wi-Fi is still charged.

could enjoy hamam and spa. The worst young boy and girl staffs I have ever met throughout my long and global trips. Only one older lady was qualified. The bread of served Club Sandwich was completly scorched black and it was hiddden at bottom side. It was so salty, too.

Location near cdg Insufficient staff at desk at time of check out, long waits to check out, no concierge to assist with questions, too many noisy children's activities in lobby area.

Convenient location near the airport. We experienced confusion due to the number of Novotel hotels near the Paris Airport. We first went to the wrong hotel. This was made bigger for us by the fact that we arrived late at night after a long day of travel with a large amount of luggage, and we were too tired for the extra effort needed to retrace our steps and head in the correct direction. We did not know there were multiple Novotel hotels and assumed the airport signage for Novotel was for us. You might consider adding some directions to your confirmation to alert guests to watch for the correct hotel.

Service in the restaurant was not good. The attitude of one of the waitresses was really very poor and quite disrespectful. The second waitress was delightful and more than happy to help, though.. I know you were busy, but to be honest, you should know from bookings how many people you have staying, and flex your staffing levels accordingly.

It is closed to cdg. Spa zone is not big but quite nice and comfortable. Good breakfast on the weekend till the 11.00 A.M. As may be there are not some many guests sometimes you can find only the one person on the the reception or even non. And you should waite to ask something. Internet is free, but some time provider skip this option on the website you redirected and you should take a code from recetion personaly.

The kindness of staff Far too trick to access. There should be a human welcoming guests at the cdg2 tgv station. The current organization is not acceptable, and I will not be consider using this hotel, nor recommend it because of that. Also, I am used to traveling a lot in the Middle East, Accord should consider having larger rooms and proper bathroom. These are not the 80ies anymore, and your bathrooms look too much that your accountants designed them. There was a promotion on the room price, so that's tolerable, but come on, for the original asking price, you must be kidding. Your employees do a terrific job at being so nice and friendly. Let your shareholder do an effort too. Give back to the customer.

The hotel is quite big. The lobby is big and comfortable. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is polite. I will stay at this hotel again if I need to stay near cdg.

All facilities are new and good, room, entrance, swimming pool, fitness room, restaurant and so on. Reception staffs are kind. Very crowded by big meeting, especially restaurant and bar, so restaurant staffs are too busy to serve good hospitality for us.
