Novotel Convention & Wellness Roissy CDG    

Free internet. The foods at the restaurant are quite decent. Service at the restaurant is quite good.

I checked in after many hours of traveling just to find the toilet in the hotel wasn't clean with lot of p...p remained from previous occupant. I called the front desk, a guy said he could send someone to clean it. I asked for another room because I didn't want to wait for it to be cleaned. He gave me another room but didn't really say sorry or anything. The hotel is quite far from the airport and the shuttle didn't run frequently enough. Even when the shuttle picked me up at the airport, it circled the airport twice before dropped me off so it took 40 min to get to the hotel. The next morning, I just took a taxi because I didn't want to spend another 40min to get to the airport. It took 5-7 min by taxi.

I loved how easy it was to get to Paris. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Well insulated - no airport noise.

Shuttle busses to/from CDG only every 40 min between 12 and 3pm. Waited the full 40 min. Would not have booked hotel if I had known that. Sterile/bleak environment.

Our room was big & quiet, also very clean. The little village of Roissy 10 mins walk down the road was very sweet & we had a lovely dinner there after arriving from a flight late in the afternoon. We also had a Nespresso coffee machine in our room which was a nice touch! Our 9 year old daughter enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool the next morning before we left for a day in Paris.

The airport shuttle bus timing was very unreliable. We spent a lot of time waiting for that bus over the 2 days we were there. Once it came the journey was short though!

The room was clean. The hotel has a children's corner to keep the children busy. Facilities look new.

All the front desk staff were nice.

Room Service was very bad and restaurant staff were not friendly. We got a cold coffee when ordered from the room. Breakfast was not delivered twice. The hotel itself will be nice for business trips not for family leisure.

Very confusing to have the novotel at the airport and the novotel Convention.... We thought we were staying at the airport, but it was the shuttle etc. With kids it was a little more difficult than planned, but the hotel was nice.....

Comfortable hotel, friendly Staff. Love the in room Nespresso coffee maker.

Was close and handy to the cdg airport, Shuttle was great as it dropped us where we needed to be and they seem to run every 15mins. Was a great spot to rest for the night. Staff were helpful and let us use the luggage room for most of the day until we could get back to pick it up.

the room was nice and clean especially the bathroom. when we arrived the kids got a little toy each from the receptionist so they were happy straight away. kids are happy, the parents are happy.

Close to the cdg Airport and good free bus transfers to terminals from the hotel. Good quality rooms and free wifi. Recommended for a stop-over.

Room service menu is expensive for the quality of food. I could hear air traffic noise. For a modern hotel like this one you would think they would have soundproof windows.

Good sauna,breakfast was fairly good,friendly reception ,free 3 hours car parking,overall good:-)

Wifi was a bit awkward ,swimming pool area could be better ,shower area in spa needs updating , breakfast could do with more choice.

My son was impressed and happy to use Wii play station in the hotel lobby.

There was no slippers and bathrobes in the wellness center. Water in pool was too cool for child. Floor was wet and not clean. I expected for food in the cafe over 30 min and there were onle 3 clients.

Wonderful buffet breakfast. Spacious clean facilities.
