Executive suite was good - sauna was very good - staff were excellent - food was good - not a family hotel but a very good business and transit hotel. It was a bit disorientating - hard to find places immediately, better signage would help. |

nothing only the helpful shutle driver carpet was stained and dirty,curtains dusty and smelly,no any information about the hotel including the room service,bathroom was clean but without nothing but cheap shampoo and soap.In the minibar we could not find any sugarless soft drink.We asked for morning call but nobody perfomed and we almost missed our early flight. |

All of the employees were great and made a bad trip well worth the stay, can't say enough about them. I was taken to two of the wrong hotels by my cab driver and the employees did everything they could to find out where I was suppose to be. |

The foyer was impressive.Location good for airport /train station into Paris. Spa / gym nice we wanted breakfast but the hotel was busy and the restaurant was in chaos. no tables available. did not bother.The bar was a little pricey . The car parking was very pricey managed to find a layby near which saved us 21 euros the second day |

The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel also has a convenient shuttle for transportation to and from the airport. As a first time visitor, it was not clear where to be picked up from the train station at the airport by the hotel shuttle. Visitors would benefit from instructions to locate the shuttle, as well as the shuttle's time schedule. |

Great hotel to relax in before or after taking the plane. Near the airport with free shuttle bus. Good restaurant and big confortable rooms. Would definitely recommend. |

The room was kept well clean. Over half an hour wait at the airport to go to the hotel; This applied on three different occasions. Staff are pleasant but not the calibre for 4*. Restaurant atmosphere is fit for 2*. At breakfast time, no opportunity given for continental type, British type or American type breakfast. The restaurant ran out of wine advertised on each table. First, no white wine, then ran out of rose! Wardrobe facility is unbelievably small. You have to see it to believe it. Room is for two people but cloth hanging not enough for one person. Sorry, but this large hotel requires attention to improve quality. |
