Novotel 4* Convention & Wellness Roissy CDG

シャトルバスの運行数が多かったこと。朝食のビュッフェの際、たくさんの種類があり、どれもおいしかった。-

空港のシャトルバス乗り場の案内が、ホームページにあると良い。

設備もスタッフも良く、満足しました。

CDG空港からシャトルバスで短時間にアクセスでき、休養を十分でき、翌日のフライトにも空港まで楽にいく- ことが出来た。食事もたいへんいい。

綺麗なホテルで、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。シャトルバスのサービスも助かりました。

CDG空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスが、30分ちょっと待ちました。寒い中、待ってるのがちょっと辛か- ったです。

Our room was spacious and very comfortable; the restaurant menu was not extensive or fancy, but the food we ordered was well prepared. Although the hotel is located near CDG airport, noise from the airport was not noticeable due to the double set of windows.

I was very disappointed to see that you charge for internet access. The vehicle parking fee was also disappointing, but more understandable.

There are two Novotel hotels near the airport and I think that is something that should be stressed. Our taxi driver did not know about the Novotel 4 hotel so we were dropped off in error at the Novotel one. So we had a bit of a run around on that.

The hotel is fine. It's clean and the buffet was good. It served it's purpose but it isn't somewhere I would recommend other than if you have an early flight. There is nothing to do in the area.

Our stay was affected by a strike of the airport shuttle drivers. We had to wait for a long time at CDG for a van. We also had to get up hours early to catch a van back to CDG due to limited capacity vehicle and that the hotel gave priority to others. I won't stay there again.

Excellent hotel, room clean and quiet, plenty of amenities, enjoyed the pool, breakfast was great..

A modern, clean hotel with an excellent restaurant, and close to the airport. Very convenient for our departure early the next day.

In truth, nothing. Except, perhaps, the design of the shower stalls! Breakfast buffet was fair, as was dinner the preceding night.

TV didn't work. Speakers for the TV system in the bathroom. Location of hairdyer immediately inside bathroom door - it is too easily knocked. Too long a wait for the navette, both at the airport and the hotel.
