Shuttle service was a plus except for the fact that to get to Terminal 3 on departure we had to walk for a half an hour from the drop off spot! I booked via internet. Your web site stated that the hotel was located "at the airport" which I understood meant a walk directly from the airport itself. We did not know that this meant not only a long walk from the train depot but a half hour wait for your "shuttle" and then a half hour tour of the airport before being dropped off at the hotel. |

it was fine on all counts except one - see below I waited 45 mins for the shuttle from Terminal 1, which I had caught on a previous occasion, to find after phoning that it didn't call at Term 1 after all. I had assumed it would but should have phoned much earlier to check. I had to catch the VALCDG train to Term 2 to get the shuttle from there. I was late arriving as a result. A taxi would have cost 30€ for the short distance to the hotel |

Excellent restaurant and wellness centre. It should be added on the website that there is a shuttle and where the pickup points are located. This was not clear at all, we had to ask at an information desk at the airport. |

The hotel was extremely well presented with courteous and friendly staff, the rooms quiet and comfortable making the stay a very pleasurable experience. Thankyou for your attention to detail and we will be staying again in the near future when we travel through CDG again. Not intended as a complaint but perhaps the dinner menu in the restaurant could do with more creative dishes for both the appetisers and entrees as I felt that the food did not compare to that of other hotel restaurants for dinner - but having said that, the breakfast buffet was well appointed and presented and was excellent value for money |

The facilities were as described, the hotel was clean and well managed. The price of food and drink was obscene in the extreme, however it is an airport hotel with a captive audience so while they can milk it they will. |

The hotel was very new & of great quality & great location near a park. Room was a very good size & window opened to fresh air & birds which is always good. Staff were extremely helpful, efficient & friendly. I was only there for a few hours in transit but would have happily stayed longer. No, all very good, highly recommended. |

gym was great! bed was as hard as a rock, we found many things hard to figure out - i.e. how TV worked, how the shower worked, where the clock was. |

the staff give me wrong information about their shuttle bus stop, so that i have to waiting 1 hour but later found the bus stop is not at the place she told me. The waiter in their Novotel Cafe served me Franch fries while I ordered salad and 75 ml red wine while as they mentioned in the menu is 150ml but charged me as 150ml. It's something like cheating. The room is not isolated well from noise. |
