transport na targi Maison & Objet. sympatyczny i pomocny portier Pokój nie był gotowy o 20.00 wieczorem! Pokój był brudny. Restauracja była zbyt mala w stosunku do liczby gości - nie było żadnej możliwości zjedzenia posiłku w hotelu i okolicy. |

The room was clean, beds comfortable, sofa bed had been taken out and made up. Perfect for one night. The hotel was clean. Captured audience - no restaurants in the area since near airport, just more hotels. There is one restaurant. It was okay for dinner. They had 2 menus for kids - one for younger, another for up to 12 years old, which was good value. The buffet breakfast at 18 euros per person ( alhough children were free) was a rip off, but what can you do? The pool more for adults than children. |

Swimming pool was fabulous. Very clean throughout and a lovely atmosphere. Very classy. Efficient navette to airport although the hotel was further away than I was led to believe. An inside smoking area would be good. I am personally a non smoker but evening was curtailed when my companion had to go outside to smoke. |

very nice building and atmosphere; rather large room; the second bed (sofa bed) was very comfortable the pillows were too thick and uncomfortable, we woke up with neck pain; the tea cups have not been exchanged after use, but 'only' cleaned (we prefer dishwasher); slippers would have been nice esp. for the bathroom; no toilet brush |

Very good staff - very helpful and accomodating; a very good meal in the cafe! One small issue - had asked for 2 twin beds...and got a pull out couch....which oin the end was sufficient...but wouls have preferred a twin bed. |

Convenient, modern, nice room We asked to change rooms at 11am for our second night because there was a large bird nesting near our window that was extremely loud. The clerk told us that there were no clean rooms and that we would have to ask again around 7-8pm. At 8pm the clerk told us that they only had smoking rooms available. Both clerks were less than enthusiastic about helping us and seemed inconvenienced. |

clsoe to airport and the shuttle Dirty carpet and bedding. Asked for a extra blanket and it took an hour and two return calls only to never recieve. Food in the restaurant was horribl and cost $40/person. |

room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good wallet was stolen from my room while having breakfast. hotel manager at Roissy was more concerned about having my breakfast added to my bill. Extremely disappointing. like the chain until then. |
