Very comfortable hotel, large and quiet rooms. The spa is a huge bonus and very well equipped and the meal was excellent. A la carte is definitely worth investing in. The service was charming and gracious and all the staff are very friendly and cheerful. The price was a good deal through booking.com and although you have to allow 15 minutes to get to the airport on the shuttle bus, the hotel is in the same zone as all the others and streets better. Not to be confused with the Novotel actually at the airport. Nothing. It was great and i will stay again. |

Breakfast was very good. Staff very nice and helpful at breakfast. Rooms were very clean and modern. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Desk staff didn't speak English very well and didn't really explain services of the hotel. Long wait to be seated and served at restaurant (evening dinner). Staff very nice but only one person and could not keep up with all the tables. |

Very nice accommodations, clean, pleasant environment. Food was good, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. We stayed only briefly overnight before going to the airport. The only reason we selected this hotel was because of its proximity to the airport. However, when we inquired about their shuttle service to the airport, we were not warned that it would take an hour to get to the terminal because of all the stops it makes, even though the hotel is 10 minutes away, and we almost missed our flight. |

Convenient and frequent shuttle service to airport terminal 2. I liked my room on the west side overlooking the church and the old cemetery. I liked the proximity of the Roissy village being within walking distance. I was missing a clock by my bedside that I can consult in darkness. |

The hotel room was very large, service was excellent, breakfast included was an unexpected benefit. Our only problem was in trying to distinguish between the novotel at the airport/train station and the newer one where we stayed. It wasn't clear to me in the booking which was which, so we ended up first trying to check into the other hotel. The hotel staff handled it beautifully, however, in directing us to the other hotel. |

I thought this airport hotel was excellent. The room was large and comfortable and my room was quiet as requested. The staff was extremely helpful in anwering questions about printing an e-ticket and finding my airport terminal. |

Everything. The hotel was quiet, room was immaculate, bed was comfy, kettle to make tea was wonderful, very generous breakfast, 2 computer s for guests to use in lobby, fast and reliable shuttle to and from the airport. All staff were very pleasant. We were very pleased and would stay again. Couldn't find internet cables that a note in the room mentioned were in a drawer so we used the lobby computer. |

This is an excellent value for business stays and when it's important to be close to the airport but not on the property. The hotel was quiet, friendly, well organized and my room was immaculate. |

Staff did an incredible job helping us change our plans from renting a car to taking the train. It advertised a free shuttle from the airport, but the shuttle does not stop at all terminals. We had to take a taxi. |

Convinience to airport, fine room, pleasant bar and bartender,good dinner, wonderful breakfast buffet,staff was most accommodating TV did not work well. It was replaced with another which did not work as well as the first one. Went to the bar instead. The wait for the shuttle van at the airport was almost one hour, |

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very comfortable. We had to wait about 1/2 hour for the shuttle when going to the hotel. Other shuttles came two or three times before ours came. The shuttle did run on time for our return to the airport. |

About the service, at the restaurant the menu is zero compared to the other 4 star hotels.There are few options. For a 4 star hotel there must be more included in the price of the room, but at this hotel you have to pay for the internet in the room. There are channels that you have to pay for, this i never seen in Paris, I think this hotel obligates the client to pay for everything |

Shuttle operator from CDG airport delivered and left us at the wrong Novotel. One of the front desk clerks politely told us how to get the shuttle to get to the correct Novotel, but another clerk was very surly when asked where the shuttle would come to pick us up. |

Though it wasn't as close as it was mentioned when i booked...it is a good hotel if one is taking an early flight from CDG Roissy airport.. It is not as close as it was mentioned on your website. |

The free shuttle service that was provided to and from the hotel was great particularily after a full day of travelling. The check in staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was only overnight and the location,food and sevice was just what we were after. |
