Lokalita hotelu úžasná,tichá ulička mezi hlavními ulicemi,dostupnost metra i vlaku z letiště. Na krátkodobé přespání ideální místo.Malé,ale dostačující prostory pro pár.Vybavenost je přímo úměrná ceně i službám hotelu.Personál slušný.

Personál se denně měnil a nepředávali si informace o hostech.Každý den se divili, že chceme zaplacenou snídani.Poslední noc nás vytopil pokoj v patře, ale za to bohužel nemohl personál, ale hosté.Starší vybavení, ale čisté.

The room was satisfactory for the price we paid - the bathroom was clean

We booked a quadruple room and we had two double beds. When I asked about 4 single beds the lady said they don't have any rooms with four single beds, even though that is what I booked. My husband, I and our 3 yr old all squeezed into one double bed. The shower was broken and there was no plug for the bath. We got two normal bath towels and four bath mat sized towels. The foyer smelt like wet dogs.

The location was good as it was walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare d Est.

Very small rooms with basic facilities and unfriendly staff. The room did not have any space to keep the luggage, no coffee maker or fridge. The TV was also not working properly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great as we had to go to Gare du nord to travel to the uk and close to the Metro to travel around Paris

The room was very cramped for 4 and the bathroom didn't work very well the shower hardly worked and the loo was difficult to flush.

1. It's in the city! Plus only 5 minutes to Gare Du Nord. 2. Easy to get halal food & restaurant 3. New LCD TV 4. The receptionist(s) can speak English and VERY POLITE - i like that :)

1. The room very cramped 2. No kettle, tea/coffee facilities 3. Shower waterhole clogged all the times. 4. Underneath the bed was not cleaned 5. No lift to floor 1, and it even stopped in the middle of stairs, very inconvenience to those with big luggages like me 6. Heater was not on and have no switch.

Bed wasn't clean, mould on the walls at every window, slight draft from the skylight above the bed, radiators didn't work so room was cold, part time staff were flustered and harassed

Unpretentious, unfussy. My room was spacious for a single-occupany room. Convenient location near stations but in a quiet street. Safe and secure. Staff were professional and courteous.

Narrow and dark corridoors. Steep stairs and small toilet. The dog was wandering around and it scares me. Since 3 of us are staying in the hotel. They only provide 2 towel and I had to wait for an hour for another towel.

Something went wrong with booking from booking.com and when we arrived at 31 of december and the hotel apparantly was fully booked. The lady behind the counter was so very helpful and arrange a room for us:-) Great work..and thanx again

No lift

Windows doesn't shut properly which let's coldness in and makes the room damp. Tiny bathroom - barely able to squeeze in. Cleanliness not to a satisfactory level.

I needed a hotel close to Gare du Nord as I had to overnight following a business meeting, and be within walking distance of the Eurostar station for an early train back the following day. I love to test the limits and I chose the best deal I could (pricewise) located where I wanted to be. I expected to get what I paid for! In fact my expectations were way exceeded by Brabant. They were friendly and helpful, the room was of generous proportions, and hospital clean. Everything worked and the water was piping hot. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised, and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone passing through or wishing a budget base to explore Montmatre (walking distance).

I am a little disappointed in the hotel. It’s true that it’s a one star hotel but they could have made it friendlier as other one star hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room with broken shower curtain and broken window. I complained and they changed my room the next day. The one given is not any better. They have a big DOG in the reception. For dog lovers, this is good but the dog is a bit eccentric. When doors are opened at night to go in, the dog is an attack mode. For a dog used to seeing everyone it should do that. I often watch the stairs to ensure that the dog is not around most especially when there is no one in the reception. Another bad thing is that Wi-Fi only works in reception. Here is the funny part, a big dog in reception therefore Wi-Fi can be inaccessible at times. You can lock yourself in the dining room if you intend to use WI-FI but it’s uncomfortable. They tell you food is provided on their website, however you have to book in advance for food otherwise you will not be served the next day. I was told I can’t get any food when I got there because I didn’t order a day before. (Don’t get too happy, it’s just croissant, milk and cereal. That’s all you getting lol). Perhaps I got what I paid for however Locals said the 207 euros I paid could have got me a better hotel around gare du nord. Anyways my experience wasn’t great. It’s nothing close to being good at all.

1.We had to on the shower tap in order to get water supply out of the sink and toilet. I informed the morning reception but nothing was done. When I asked the evening reception if they have fixed the problem and he said he is not aware of it. 2. The mattress is so worn out that when we lied on it, it bended at the center. 3. I don't think they change the pillow cases and the bed sheet. My pillow case in particular was yellow in colour. 4. Not sure how they clean the floor as I saw half eaten biscuits on it plus lose long hair on the blanket and floor. 5. They have a dog walking about the hotel lobby and it even barked at me. Thank God I didn't get a heart attack.

The guy in the reseption the night we arrived, was very friendly and helpfull.

No duvés, bad shower, smell of mold, cold, the guy in the reseption in the morning.

It was walking distance from the train station.

The bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around in it. The beds were hard. The staff never answered their phone. It is not good for elderly as the elevator requires you to take your suitcase up a flight of stairs before you can get on the elevator.

Very thin walls - noisy. Suggest mattress be treated for possible bedbugs

Cramp room. Elevator stops are in between floors. One must still carry luggages up to rooms in very narrow corridors.
