The staff were friendly and helpful and unobtrusive. It was very near the Gard du Nord which was helpful for meeting family. It was near the RER and metro which was useful for sightseeing. There was a very cramped breakfast area. It had very narrow winding stairs and there was a dog that barked when you entered the reception which was unnerving. |

Location. Offensive smell in the entire ground floor of the hotel. Perhaps relocating the dwelling of a dog in the reception room might help. |

it is close to the Metro, reasonably central to much of Paris. It is in a quiet street. it looks as if it is in the midst of a very second rate, do-it-yourself renovation.... |

The bed was very comfortable The staff did not seem very competent, firstly taking about 15 minutes to find our reservation on the computer, then sending us to the the wrong room then making us move room. The room wasn't very clean, with only one towel provided and holes in the bathroom wall. The corridors were also very grubby and the lift did not work. |

Location of the hotel was very good, considering we came in as tourists. Metro station is near by and all the major tourist attractions are with in 5 miles from there. |

The room was basic but so clean. The bathroom had just been renovated which was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff all spoke very good English and were very welcoming and friendly. No full length mirror. No socket for a hairdryer for us girls and no socket for a shaver for the guys. TV remote control was missing, although I suspect if I had wanted to watch the TV the staff would have found a remote for me. |

In the first place the fronthall is dirty. There are 3 dirty sofa chair, so disgusting that you do not know where and the whole fronthall is filthy.mu blanket was stained with dirty spots. In the bathroom the domestics do take the plastic bags everyday, instead they just empty the bag and leave it back in the bin. When i got in the the bathroom the first day that bag was dirty and blood spot( ? a hygienic pad was thrown in there).that same bag was not disposed of the following day.it was left there , only the content was disposed of,the domestics are lazy.they should put a new bag every day.more than that: the bag itself was a used shopping bag. This hotel has no knowldege of hygiene standard. There was a dog all over the place and looking for |

The hotel was very close to Gare Du Nord, which was very convenient to our daily sight seeing commutes. There was a lot of painting/work being done inside. One of our two rooms had the smell of paint, so we kept the window open all night. |

I found this an appalling hotel and impossible to stay there. I paid for the first night but did not spend the night there. I found another hotel immediately after seeing my room and left. The hotel is a fire and security trap. It has no central courtyard, but only a very small space which opens on to a covered roof below. In the event of a fire, if you could not escape via the steps, you would be trapped. Further, all of the rooms' windows open onto this space and anyone could walk across and enter your room at night. My room had not been cleaned properly nor repaired following electrical works. It was vastly over priced at 60 euors and should be about 40 euros, but that would not solve the fire and security problems. Staff said that the hotel conformed to fire safety standards. |

All I need is a room and with ensuite facilities. These were provided, though the shower space was the smallest I've ever encountered. Staff were friendly. |
