The staff was exceptional. Everyone, especially Carole, was very helpful. The Wi-Fi was incredibley slow and the whole hotel was set to heat. The only way to cool our room was to leave the window open all night long to the very noist street. |

we particularly liked that the rooms were recently renovated, very nice design, confortable bed the AC didn't work, there was not enough air in the room, so we kept the window open every night. the hotel is located on a very small street but it is extremely noisy. This was not so much of a problem in the evening but it turned out that early in the morning the nearby shops are getting deliveries and it was just terrible. So we didn't really get much of a sleep. |

Our room was very clean and comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised at the nice sized bathroom. Our room was quiet and the hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly, spoke English well, and answered any questions we had. This hotel is highly recommended and I would stay again in a heartbeat. |

location is unbeatable no bath though bath advertised.smell of cigerettescomingfrom other roooms, noise from other rooms, .bed had one metre space around it nomore. IS three star but more expensve and lower quality than two star in same street. Nowelcome nor any follow through service noeffort. Publicareas drty |

Just renewed rooms were excellent, decorated with good taste. Location is very good and most of all the stuff are extremely helpful and kind. At first night we have neat and new room and after that we`ve got an just renewed familyroom with plenty of space. We liked the both rooms and our vacation was succeed. Thank you once again. |

I liked the area the hotel is in. It's close to the Rue Cler area and the Eiffel Tower. I didn't care for the "ultra modern" decor of the remodeled hotel. It seems very cold and "unfrench". |

the staff were very friendly, speaking fluent english and ready to help with any problems. the location of the hotel was perfect, just off a main street down a qiuet back road we had a bar over the road a supermarket next door and a busy tourist avenue round the corner. oh yeah, and a view of the eiffel tower! the curtains did not quite meet up in the middle leaving a tiny gap for light to shine through. thats all. |
