The minute we walked into the establishment the service was impeccable. The room was clean and spacious with a door opening onto a verandah overlooking the olive groves. The biggest selling point however was the dinner. My husband and I (who I might add are great connoisseurs of food) have not eaten a meal as good as we both ate that night in many, many years. |

Wederom zeer goed bevallen ,bediening, eten alles op hoog niveau.Bovendien perfect gelegen om de mooie omgeving te verkennen. Je kunt alle kanten uit ,wij gaan zeker ooit weer een keer hier heen. |

L'empressement du personnel. Le jardin très fleuri et très soigné. Le très bel environnement des Alpilles. La belle piscine et les lits de plage très confortables. La décoration et l'agrément de la chambre. Le linge très fourni de la salle de bains. Les gels et shampooings de qualité. Le balcon de la chambre et la vue sur la piscine. L'ambiance trop parisienne. L'équipement vétuste et en mauvais état de la salle de bains : baignoire criblée d'éclats, une seule petite patère pour les serviettes et peignoirs, robinetterie hors d'age et passée au "scotch brite", douche inutilisable malgré 2 réclamations. Dans le placard, une seule d'étagère à hauteur normale pour les vêtements. Climatisation aléatoire (mauvais contact avec la fermeture de la fenêtre). Réfrigérateur-mini-bar placé dans le placard (chauffe le placard). Prix du petit déjeuner excessif pour des prestations manquant de générosité et absence de buffet. Vue donnant en partie sur des immeubles. Restaurant sans carte et sans prix. |

Personeel doet alles om het de bezoeker naar de zin te maken (zelfs het verzorgen van een plek bij het zwembad!); de ligging met het uitzicht op de Alpilles is geweldig; ontbijt buitengewoon goed (bediening, stoffen servetten, kwaliteit enz) |

Dit hotel is TOP. Hier kan ik geen enkele kritiek op geven.De uitbaters - een familie - zijnzeer toffe correcte mensen. De keuken is overheerlijk, de kamers zijn topklasse en de bediening door patron en/of personeel zijn van zeer hoog niveau. |

excellente table bon rapport qualité /prix . Les suites " design" sont sublimes mais un peu chères. les propriétaires sont absolument charmant et le petit déjeuner servi en chambre délicieux. une très bonne adresse. |

Il Panorama La struttura è carente: non c'è neanche il phon in camera, l'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento non funzionano, il frigobar era spento. Al costo di quasi 200€ a notte mi sembra troppo. In English: the rates are high and the rooms are bad (no hairdryier, the AC is not working and the minibar was out of service), 200€ per night in change of nothing. |
