Our concierge was excellent and helped us navigate Aix-en-Provence and assisted us with getting to our next hotel. There was one concierge who was not helpful at all, but the other concierge made up for this one. |

It was only 2 nights, location and general adequate nature of the rooms was what was good about it as well as their front desk being opened 24hrs. How inconvenient it was with the very small parking arrangement. Made it a hassle if you wanted to use your car frequently. |

The room was clean, bathroom large and bed firm. Location of the hotel placed us close to the train/bus stations for day trips and to the city center for restaurants. Front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful concerning issues related to the hotel and general city information. Our room was located on the first floor, street side and very, very noisy. If I hadn't had ear plugs and a noise cancelling headset, sleep would have been very difficult, if not impossible. Throughout the night we could hear delivery trucks, buses, and general traffic. The final straw was the city employees using leaf blowers, in the dark (6am), clearing the entire lenght of the street and sidewalks outside our window. |

Location is very good for the old town, staff were polite and helpful. The car park was full, but we were directed to a public car park nearby which was about 12Euros per day. Better than trying to park on the street next to the hotel where someone scratched my car! |

Location, close by public parking The room was at the end of a very long and narrow corridor - at the width of a medium size suitcase. The room was also very (!) small. The whole experience was extremly uncomfortable. |

The beds, the location. Breakfast. The bathroom was shabby. Clean enough but a rusty shelf and stained grout do not look good. No shower other than attached to bath taps. No hairdrier in the room - had to ask at reception every day. |

The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The lounge area with bar and dining table were nice touches....added a homey feel to the place. It was nice to be able to get a good coffee or drink whenever you wanted. Shower heads and duvets could be improved. |

very good location, not far from the bus/train station and the city centre. good-size room (double bed for single use) with a big balcony (with a table and chairs). the bathroom is also good-size, but the shower is tiny. the key lock is outdated (was hard to lock/unlock the door), no fridge, no safe, no hair dryer |

Good 2 star hotel. Friendly staff ,clean tidy room, ours had a nice balcony. Lovely views from the roof terrace. Excellent choice for a 2/ 3 day break with easy access to the town centre and close to the public transport therfore no need to hire a car. Buffet breakfast is fine Really minor but we could have done with bathroom toiletries , shampoo / shower gel bearing in mind the restrictions on this stuff on the plane ( there was some sort of dispenser in the shower but it was empty for the two days we were there) and , being british we would not have said no to a ketle to make a coffee / tea and to give us a break from the prices in Aix ! |

We liked the location. About a 15 minute walk to the train station and the price was good. Price was good. About it. The main problem that we had was that it was very hot and listed both on hotel website and booking.com website that they had air conditioning, but did not say that it was only used in certain seasons. We were there at beginning of October and it was very hot. Our room was normal...small, but right on the street, so noisy. Ask for inside room and make sure that ac will be in use before booking. |

Almost all are perfect, if only the experience was not tarnished by the incident below. New & clean good-size room, good-size bathroom, nice color-scheme. The staff attitude. At first they were all very nice. Unfortunately, our supposedly reserved room was flooded because of water leaking when we arrived, therefore the staff gave us an upgraded room with 3 beds (although we were only 2 persons). But when we wanted to pay, he demanded that we pay for the upgraded room rate, which of course we politely declined (we didn't even touch the 3rd bed). He graciously accepted it, and we thought that everything was ok. But after that, his attitude towards us became 180º different. He changed from warm and friendly to cold and unfriendly. That's where we arrived to the conclusion that he expected we didn't mind paying the higher rate. It would be a wonderful stay if this didn't happen. |

The location was outstanding.I arrived, however, with a a car and this experience was a nightmare. My GPS routed me through some very narrow streets and the old town. But the streets was blocked by parking cars and. Because of many streets with one way direcctions, I used nearly 40 minutes to navigate to the hotel. Besides the hotel's garage was very cramped. |

The staff with managers apparent were cherry and concerned for the guests. They made right any problems confronted. Breakfast food could have been more nutritious, allergy free. |

Friendly and helpful hotel. Very good breakfast for the money. Cross the street and you are in the "old town". Clean and good space in bedroom and shower room for hotel class. Air conditioning is switched off for winter in mid-September. Night temperatures of 25 C + required opening windows and shutters and thus traffic noise - and still too warm for Scottish blood! |
