Excellent hospitality. We have arrived after midnight and getting main gate of the resort opened was little challenge, but after few intercom calls we got onto main parking front of reception. They did not have our reservation from Booking.com !!! but they did find suitable apartment for us. Very polite and English speaking french guy. We did find resort not suitable for families with small kids (ours 1 and 3). They did not have baby cot, but besides that best rating from us!!

acceuil chaleureux ,personnel tres sympatique et professionnel mais pas assez nombreux les appartements pas à la hauteur au point de vue confort ,deco par rapport aux chambres et au reste de l'hotel !

Le restaurant gastro est vraiment très bien La chambre très vieillotte le personnels moyen peu aimable sauf une jeune femme qui était extraordinaire heureusement !!!!

Le lieu et les paysages sont fantastiques. Les chambres sont belles et surtout fonctionnelles, mais elles sont, on ne sait pourquoi, un ton en dessous du standing du lobby.

Zimmer ist ohne Sicht im Wald,Zimmer nicht sauber,Balkon sehr schmutzig,Rauppen,Käfer Würmer,Spinnen,usw.An einem Tag waren wir den ganzen Tag abwesend,Tafel nicht Stören an der Zimmertüre,Grund wir haben unsere eigene Bewäsche.Am Abend war troz Tafel Zimmersevice gemacht worden.Fehrnsee hat gemäs Programm 2 Deutsche Sender,aber keiner konnte empfangen werden.Gemäs Looby die Antwort,heute ist der Technicker nicht hier,am andern Tag auch nicht. Teppich nicht gereinigt.

Nous avions une chambre au calme tout au bout des bâtiments de l'hotel avec une vue reposante en terrasse La télévision n'est pas du tout celle qu'on attend trouver dans un 3 étoiles !! Et la voiture est absolument indispensable pour visiter la région et les rosés de Provence, car c'est perdu...
