I was very pleased with the hotel staff especially Madmoiselle Manuella ho help me a lott and made my stay more confortable and I liked the location near the old city center and all the beautiful things located nearby of the hotel (the church, the castle, the park, the city center, the train station etc. ). I was pleased to find an excellent service and the cleanliness of my room was impeccable. It would be a pleasure to return to your hotel in the future. |

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Price was right. I checked in a night early and fortunately they had a room for the earlier night as well (stayed 2 nights instead of 1). The bathroom was very small - bumped head on ceiling when using sink, tight fit to use toilet, tub/shower - no curtain - tough to keep water from splashing on floor. |

Good location, good value for money. Just what I needed for an overnight stop. It's not too far from the train station and not far from the city centre. The room was a little small, but it didn't bother me really. It was perfect for what I wanted. |

The hotel ws furnished beautifully.Very clean and inviting.New decor. Great Value for money. Lovely balcony overlooking streets. Our room overlooked the cathedral and streets. At night very noisy even with double glazed windows. Downstairs student bar which went on to early morning then street cleaners in early morning and traffic flow. |

Close to historical center, good and well equipped room, friendly staff. The hotel is under repair on the first floor (but I believe they will finish it in a couple of weeks), parking is small (3 places) so I had to wait for a free place. |

Everything was fine, although my bathroom was missing soap; I did have free wifi which was great. I will try a hostel today to try to save 10 euro or so a night |

Clean shower which worked well. Good clear television set. Steep staircase. Appearance that there was lower value accomodation provided for "backpackers" in same building. |

Close to the centre of town. Room was good and comfortable with a ginormous TV! WiFi was a bit iffy. After a few attempts got it on my iPhone but couldn't get it on my LapTop. Gave up in the end and went to the bar next door where it worked perfectly. |

The rooms were very clean and newly appointed. It was a pretty nice room. As I began to use the room, it became clear that it was impossible to get a good angle to watch the great plamsa tv which, incidentally, only had 8 channels. And my room entry was through the bathroom and the bathroom didn't have it's own door. No place to hang the towel by the shower. One could hear clearly when one's neighbor's spoke from either their room or the hallway. |

The staff was committed but not always efficient. Checkin was fast and friendyl, but it tok 15 minutes to get a receipt on checking out. and the breakfast is not buffet, you get served individually so when there are a few people in the restaurant room it takes time. |

une tablette serait utile dans la salle de bains pour poser ses affaires de toilettes. De même au niveau du chevet du lit. |
