Score from 2719 reviews Very good
location 15 minutes walk from metro but well situated, pharmacies, bakery, restaurants, coffee bars, shops, supermarkets, wine shops, fromageries, show rooms, etc. Absolutely satisfied
Maybe better doors - apply more sound resistance. It was annoying when someone open or close the doors... Except of this little gap - perfect
Large room, very spacious bathroom Very quiet Coffe & tea in-room facilities Pleasant staff WiFi for multiple devices over several days, free and works well
The breakfast at €10 p.p;.is a bit expensive for a family
+ Friendly staff + Very professional + Very clean

Nice hotel, cosy rooms, friendly staff and very modern. Bus stop close to the hotel goes straight through the town centre to the louvre.
When it says no parking it meens no parking. Parking in the street outside is possible but difficult to find a spot took us 30 mins.
Long walk from the Metro
Nice welcome, free Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water in the shower. Good recommendations for local restaurants.
One knows that he can not expect too much in Paris, but this hotel is good value for money. Rooms are small but clean and have no carpets, so good if you have allergies. Breakfast is good. Good location if you go to the Expo Porte de Versaille.
Very far form the city center.
Clean, comfortable bed
be careful cause rooms are too noisy, you can easily hear people from other rooms, so difficult to sleep!!!!
Helpful staff with good knowledge of transport links and local shops and amenities. Good value breakfast - not worth looking around local eateries Great shower - very important Good links by RER/tram and Metro Bus stop outside hotel.
We could not access wifi in the room, although we could use it in the lobby. The room was advertised as having free wifi, which was a big factor for selecting this hotel, so this was disappointing. The day staff made no effort to find a solution, while the night receptionist was very apologetic.
The location was out of the tourist bustle but right in the centre of Paris with good transport links to everywhere. Quiet and calm, it is very close to Parc Georges Brassens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked a lot and enjoyed the atmosphere. Dinner at Le Trotteur (down the street) was fun.
Nothing to dislike. But Wifi was on the slow side.
in a quiet area, employees are friendly and warmhearted,
the sound insulation was so terrible that i was woken up by the noise of next door and it was far from the metro
The staff were amazing. They spoke Wnglish. They helped with everything. They gave great directions to local attractions. The shower was amazing. The bed was out of this world. So big and comfy.
The pillows were too thin. The hotel was a 40 min walk from the metro station. Just a little to too far from the airport also which ment paying 150 for a taxi.
Very clean, comfortable, modern, friendly & helpful staff, looks just like (if not better) the professional photos on their site - I was overly pleased!
Longer walk to the metro station than I anticipated - about 15 minutes. Not awful, but wouldn't recommend for people traveling with kids or those who want to return to the hotel constantly during the day
Overall cleanliness Proximity of shops to Tram, metro, shops, bank, market Polite staff Coffee and tea facilities in room. Excellent fully functional shower
A bit far from centre
room is very clean and tidy reception is friendly and helpful wifi speed is good and stable many restaurant and supermarket nearby envirnoment is quiet and secure For the price, not bad at all
15 minutes away from metro station, a little bit far Very small room and bathroom
Cleanliness, Staff, Location, Value for money
Metro stop is not so close, you need to take a bus to reach the Metro
A bit nearer centre of Paris
staffs were accommodating cleanliness i like the location because it has a tram and bus stop to city nearby. we prefer tram/bus over metro.
i can't thing any of the moment
The location is not too far from the tram, train and bus stations... We came late from sight-seeing and the place is quite and feels safe. I like the bathroom because it's clean. Very close to the Carrefour market & nice pattiseries.
Quite a small room, I particularly didn't like the bed (it squeaks! not stable) and the pillow is square shaped, not comfortable. They turn off the air-con so we just opened the window.
great room with bar fridge and coffee facilities. spacious room, excellent wifi, close to pharmacy, market and bakery and laundromat. just outside of the city center so enjoyed not being in a busy tourist area..
breakfast not great but lots of other options available in and around the area.
Kind and helpful stuff, merci!! It is about 35 minutes walking to Eiffel tour, otherwise you have to walk 10 minutes to the metro station and switch the line ones..that is why the location is ok for people who like walking (like us) and it is 15. arr.,the area is not touristic, safe and nice, with nice restaurants and a lot of supermarkets. Bathroom and bed sheets were clean!
I suggest to the hotel to buy some longer beds for the double ,,comfort" room. For tall people is it not a ,,comfort" to sleep in a such small bed. We know, the room is tiny, but there is space for a bigger bed, at least a longer one! We missed a frige in the room and some pictures/paintings on the wall! It is Paris and you could create a romantic and a nicer atmosphere with some details like paintings or a nicer bed sheets.Otherwise it looks like a cheap motel room. We know too, it is a not expensive hotel, but does it also have to look cheap? We were also disturbed by the noise of the water running from the next room.It felt like it was in our room.
Fairly close to central Paris, but not too touristy - small supermarkets nearby, weekly street markets, other shops for essentials. A medical centre nearby, restaurants including a very nice Italian just a few doors down.Good value breakfasts.
The hotel does not have many irons, and the one we borrowed did not work. I would have liked some extra pillows, but these small things did not ruin my positive opinion of this hotel.
First of all, it's Europe, and more importantly it is Paris, so you have to know what to expect. For the price, the accommodations are good. Yes, it is out of the tourist zone, the room is small and the bathroom miniscule, but again, this is Europe. You want the space, view, and location of the Plaza Athenee, you have to pay for it. The room was tidy and clean, the location was safe and within an easy walk of the Metro, and you got a view into the life of average Parisians rather than the gaudy tourist areas. The front desk staff was excellent! Very helpful and friendly.
I would not exactly categorize it as quiet... Walls are pretty thin, and the the plumbing was atrociously loud when the toilet was flushed in the room above. It took us about an hour from the train platform @ cdg to the front door, and about the same going back, so beware if you have an early flight.
