Delightful, boutique style hotel with genuine charm. Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast in a beautifully decorated room. Free wifi. Location is very close to Notre Dame, the Metro and a host of quality restaurants. Recommended.
A beautiful small hotel in the heart of Paris. Wonderful building, especially the breakfast room which has very nice original wall decorations. The staff is excellent and helpful and they even speak Icelandic!. This hotel is close to Everything. Highly recommended!
We felt we had travelled back in time! Great rooms, quiet, great breakfast and wonderful neighbourhood!
Room was a little warm, but with the window open was bearable.
The room was a little small
Location! Location! Location! If we even try to find the better place to stay in Paris from Location point of view we would never find such.
1 double bed made from 2 single :-) The breakfast a bit pure and you have to boiled eggs yourself, but we went for breakfast in hotel just once, to see. In Paris you always want to have breakfast outside. There are so many places next to the hotel.
Situated in the Latin Quarter and on a busy but very Parisienne street, the hotel was everything we could want. Near major attractions and public transport, it was easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent and the room size was not huge but perfectly adequate for three adults with luggage. A great base for our visit.
Outstanding location, close to metro, direct from CDG airport, lots of affordable restaurants adjacent to hotel.
Great spot, close to everything! Train station, bike rentals, sights restaurants etc. Very nice breakfast and a great place to stay. I would stay here again.
Pillows, a bit small(seems to be the European way tho). Garbage pickup is noisy early morning, but helps start the day early.
The staff was really nice - and they did put us in a different room when we asked to be on the same floor as our traveling companions. The breakfast & breakfast room were great. It was so convenient to be near the RER to / from CDG airport. The Creperie Cluny next door was really good - and our waiter (3 times) was delightful and welcoming. I would have loved this hotel (in a room like our friends had) if it was one street away from the madhouse.
The room and bathroom were unbelievably small - and we have been in a lot of small European hotel rooms. We should have asked for a different room - but because we requested to be near our friends, and after having walked up 6 floors (because the tiny elevator could only hold the suitcases) we didn't want the hassle of changing. The street was way too busy and noisy. I would suggest finding a hotel near this area, but not right on this street. If your room faces the street be sure to bring your earplugs.
Everything - Great breakfast buffet - Location to sites and restaurants - Friendly and helpful staff - Clean, comfortable and modern room - J
The location, cleanliness, size of room and bathroom, quality of breakfast and friendliness and helpfulness of staff
location front desk service breakfast
wish my room was a little bigger
Pleasant small hotel located in the Latin Quarter and convenient to major attractions. Staff was very helpful and our stay was most comfortable. Great breakfasts and near many good restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when returning to Paris!
Great location Renovated hotel and rooms Fantastic breakfast
Free wifi was very unstable
Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good but a little crowded. Room for 4 was on the 6th floor with a double room facing the courtyard (long window overlooking the courtyard) and two single beds in a section at the front of the hotel, with a skylight. Lovely bathroom with 2 washbasins, great view from shower and a separate toilet. Coffee making facilities and free WiFi.
Street noise in front facing room but this was to be expected with such a great location on a Saturday night.Street cleaning and recycling noises (breaking glass) at about 4am were much louder and were only slightly reduced by closing the skylights. Worth putting up with however for such a great location and not a fault of the hotel.
Very charming, cozy, comfortable, service was great and great location!
Room was supposed to be air conditioned but the vents were in only one section of room and the rest of the room was hot.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The service was excellent, our room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect; we were close to food, restaurants, shopping and within walking distance to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, and Notre Dame. On top of that the price point was good!
The hotel is an excellent location for access to all the major sites. We were there for a week and only used the metro on our last day as everything was accessible by walking, and we had three children under 10 years with us. The restaurants in the street are great value, especially the three course deals. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast and they couldn't do enough for us. We would happily stay there on our next visit.
Our short stay
Location is lovely..I could enjoy walking by the river even I'm alone there and don't need to worry about safety:) staff are really nice and helpful!
Nothing...but I can't book this hotel again this time! This hotel is too HOT!!(popular)
The hotel is located in the heart of Quartier Latin. Several metro and RER lines available, very close to stores and touristic points as Notre Dame. Average breakfeast.
Breakfast could be improved. If you arrive after 9AM to the breakfast, you don't find pain au chocolat or pain au raisin.
I was impressed with the friendly staff
Great location, helpful staff and comfortable rooms.
Was s beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. I step out into the centre of the Latin Quater. A 5 minute walk to Notre Dame. Hotel was newly renovated. Single room was an ok size but enough for one person. Lovely decor and a great breakfast included. The best croissants I have ever had. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to Paris
The shower had very slow drainage
Been staying here for years and the location has always been perfect for me - by foot, metro, RER - it's a great location. Since early 2014 it's been refurbished (it was needed) - it was already great before but now it's that much better Breakfast was great and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful
wifi was not 100% reliable in my single room
This is a great place for the solo traveler or young adventuresome couple on a tight budget. Nice old hotel in a great location surrounded with shops and restaurants and near all the sites. My particular room was small but comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when traveling solo. Will get a nicer place if traveling with someone special. If you want a great location at a great price, this is it. Free breakfast was great as well!!
Room was very basic and dated. Room was really small but the shower was larger than I expected.
