It was clean, very good price and very well situated The bathroom was very small, there was a noise in the room probably due to the heating system which was a little bit unconfortable at night. It was too hot at the room. However, none of this problems were too important. |

The hotel staff was so polite and I was surprised that my luggage was delivered to the 2. floor, although I did not ask that. (The receptionist was a woman...) It would be nice to have a fridge in the room. |

This place is fantastic, the location is great and convenient, near the Lourve and Paris metro for transport. The staff are excellent, helpful and friendly and speak English. We had a self contained studio room on the fourth floor that was spacious and comfortable, clean and provided many towels. Really enjoyed the stay here, and recommend it! The studio room was on the fourth floor, with stairs the only way to access, so not the best for those that are unfit. But there is a concierge service, they have someone to carry the bags to your room, so not too bad. |

Family of 5, spain. Three days visiting Paris. We got the duplex which is not in the same building than the hotel. It is an old building but the duplex had been refurbished recently. In the upper floor there are 2 room: one with twin beds and other with a double bed (surprisingly, it is a loft frame bed: you need a ladder to go up). Also one large bathroom (with a bathtube and a washing machine). The lower floor was an open space, with a kitchenette and a living room with a confortable sofa-bed for two people. There was also a table good for 5 people, large fridge, etc. Everything very new in a rebuild old building (high ceilings, some stone walls, old wooden stairs .. Perfect location, walking highlights and close Minor things, and easy to fix. We miss a microwaves (they have an oven and even a food processor .. which is not so needed). I miss a small saucepan and pan (there is only a very big saucepan). They have a new (expresso) coffe maker.. great!! ..but it was not so easy to buy coffee for it and the police of the hotel was not clear (we ended having coffee from the hotel all the three days, --nice people-- but it seemed a special favour). I think they did not clean in the three day. I don't know if they would have made the beds as we did them on the morning. |

location ideal, room provided good space for 2 young children the elevated bed area could have had more barriers. With a 4 and 5 year old it made us slightly nervous that they could fall. |

We liked the family room, with loft for the kids. The lack of a lift... with 4 heavy suitcases and two small children, walking up to the 4th floor was difficult....and time consuming. And it was not advertised or advised prior to arriving, so was a shock. |

Location was excellent. It was really close to all the major attractions in Paris! Close to the metro and very friendly hotel staff. The area where the hotel is located is very clean and safe! The kitchen facilities needed updating and cleaning. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was superb We had a room up four flights of narrowish wooden stairs (no lift , which for us was not a problem) and our room had wooden floors and ceiling - there was no fire escape !!! |

The staff were fantastic and ver helpful, the little breakfast room has a really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and the lounge / computor area is great too. A fabulous location for eating, shopping and exploring in Paris at a reasonable price. I had no success getting onto the wireless internet and that was frustrating. The hotel staff tried their best to help but it wasn't working. |

The location near the Tuileries was perfect for me. It is also near two metro stations, which is practical. It is is in a small side-street of the Rue St. Honore and I wasn't bothered by traffic or other noise. I did not need much, except for a place to sleep, so this basic hotel worked just fine for me. The bathroom was tiny. Big enough for me by myself, but two big people would have trouble to fit in. The toilet was somewhat broken, but still usable. |

The location was great, 1 block from the Louvre,Tuileries. We could walk everywhere or the metro was 5min walk away. Hotel was good, no lift though, rooms spacious enough. Excellent value for location. Breakfast was good. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. We would stay here again. |
