The room was really spacious and great for the kids. The shower pressure was great too! The room had a very "French" feel to it! No lift! Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs.

Location I stayed at the studio for 4 which is across the actual hotel. Since this building had no elevator, the stairs were made of wood and you could hear everyone climbing and descending, aong with their bags and you could even hear their conversations. If it wouldn't have been for the earplugs that one traveler gave me, I would not have been able to rest at all. Another thing, my confirmation from you said we had air conditioner, and when I called to have them install it, they confirmed we had none.

It has excellent location. Room was small but clean. The breakfast consisted from coffe/tea with croissant/cake and cheese - I think it is good for a woman but not for a man. I think this hotel very suitable for short trip for sightseeing, walk.

This hotel is in an excellent location on a very quiet street very close to the Louvre. We could find everything we needed very easily, had good bus and metro stops, and enjoyed being away from noisy tourist accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was small but the shower worked nicely, the air conditioner was superb, breakfast was good, and the hotel is nicely re-done. You should expect that rooms in Paris are small and you will not get a lot of space, but they were very nicely done and modern. I would recommend this for singles or doubles, but they also have apartment and studios across the street. My daughter and I spent 6 nights at this hotel and were so very happy with our stay. I really had no complaint, although it would be nice if breakfast was included in the room price. The elevator is very small but that should be expected in cities where buildings are older, it accommodated one person with one suitcase at a time.

The central location to the city's attractions. The apartments have only stairs and staying on top of the fourth floor was exhausting!

That was our second stay at the Hotel. Unfoutunately this time it was disappointed. Our room was located in old part of the hotel (it was not stipulated in our reservation) with no renovation, and it was very dirty and noisy (when someone went up and down the stairs you can clear here that).

Superior location, friendly and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere and silence. Small, but beautiful room. Quiet side street and attic room, so no traffic noise. Breakfast quite ok. Good value for money! Room was tiny and on attick, elevator stops at floor 4, so you have to carry you luggages up one floor by very narrow and steep stairs. View to the rooftops only. Bed was10 cm too short (!) for average Scandinavian male. Condition of extremely tiny bathroom a bit below average (shower handle loose, bad drain, badly repaired holes on wall, cracks on basin), paper thin walls to next room, no mini-bar, only one tiny hanging cupboard in double room, also only one chair, loose curtain rail etc.

I liked most the following: - good renovation; - location; - attitude to the clients. I was in one-bed room, it is clean and comfortable, may be for some ones it will be a bit small. There is an elevator in the hotel too. Hotel is located in 2 blocks from Louvre on small street which makes it very attractive for the tourists.

Convenient location, hassle free stay Very, very cramped. To the extent you would struggle to get 2 people into the lift. Having said that it is good value for the centre of Paris.

The location was fantastic and within walking distance of shopping and booking tours. The sheets and towels were clean. Fresh towels everyday. We had breakfast everyday in the hotel (across the street). The ease of getting to & from the hotel was great. Restraunts were across the street, plus a little grocery store at the end of the street. Loved the coffee machine, cheese, baked offerings. The picture of the room was not what the room turned out to be. I appeared there were two double beds in the room - mirrors appeared to make it larger. There was one bed in the room, with a loft with a mattress only on the floor; we had a 4th bed that appeared to be a fold away chair/bed. Only 2 showers could be taken at a time - it took at least 45 minutes to re heat. We were 4 ladies in our sixties and going up and down to/from the 1st floor was difficult. We had no help with luggage on the day of departure and had to take our own down to the ground floor. But I would use again, but would book in the hotel and not use the studio room option.

A well located hotel that provided a small but inviting room for my family. The receptionist was very helpful upon check in and very helpful when asked to give directions (via the Metro) to the Eiffel Tower. The only problem with the room was the presence of a 4cm high discontinuity of the floor about halfway across the room. This problem almost caused my wife to stumble on a couple of occasions. The hotel was in the process of being renovated at the time of our visit and hopefully this problem will be rectified after renovations are completed.

The hotel size was small and intimate and Metro was close by. The shower hose in our room didn't work function properly and the elevator wasn't working on our second day. Hotel staff were moderately friendly at best.

For Paris the studio apartment was great for a family. The kid's had their own loft space and a bed each. It was good to have facilities to make breakfast or hot drinks and a fridge. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage and book a studio you could find yourself on the 4th floor with no lift. We had someone help us up to the room but no one available for our departure.

Fantastic location and great studio apartment. Could sleep five people though it would be very tight. Nice to have a fridge, microwave, small stove and coffee pot available. Great shower! Be aware that the steps are steep to the hotel room. Also, the upper sleeping loft was very shallow - not good for claustrophobics :) There was a very loud trash pickup both mornings. It began at around 630 am and continued for about a half hour.

Location, Free wifi, helpful staff who appreciated feedback, it was small and intimate, close to a good supermarket, good cafes, transport, boulangerie. Within easy walking distance of Paris' most famous landmarks. The bathroom was a little small. We are quite small, large people might have difficulty. But it was well equipped and laid out. The lift is very small, and fit two small people or one small person with one suitcase

We were staying with four friends in a one-room studio with its own kitchenette. It was nice to stay in the heart of paris while being able to cool your own drinks and cook your own breakfast/dinner. The hotel is litterally two blocks away from the Louvre and well reachable by metro via station Les Piramides.

The location is unbeatable - the Louvre and Tuileries gardens just around the corner. The 4 flights of stairs are difficult with suitcases. The family room is in desperate need of a refurb. The kitchenette is badly stocked. The street is full of activity late at night from local families and early in the morning from very noisy street cleaners - you have to keep the windows open because no air con and the attic is very hot indeed so its difficult to sleep. the photo on the web makes the room look big because two walls are completely mirrored but it is very pokey.

The location was outstanding! 2 blocks from a Metro station and a short walk to the Louvre and Opera! Our studio room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 older teens. It had a fridge and microwave but no air conditioning. We also had to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage as there was no elevator for the studio room building across the street from the main hotel...

I loved the staff, having free internet available, and the location so close to the things I wanted to see in Paris. This was my first time to Paris. This hotel is quiet, charming, and oh the rooms are so lovely. I didn't like that my sister and friend could not find the hotel. It is on a quiet street which means the street does not have a lot of activities and is not well known. But I loved the atmosphere, the sound of the birds in the morning, and the funny little gay club at night.

“The hotel is in a very good area, very central, short walking distance to the Louvre, shops, cafés, restaurants, also métro station. The room we had was more spacious than we're used from Paris so that was a bonus - same goes for their elevator. Another bonus were the tea and coffee cooking facilities in the room! We really appreciated those. We didn't try breakfast at this hotel since we had other things planned.” Marta, Zürich |
