The hotel was in an ideal setting and very close to The Louvre.
No fridge in the room.
Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, small and cozy hotel, amazing location next to Le Louvre, the Tuileries gardens and Place de la Concorde. Very quiet street. Rooms might seem small but are comfortable.
Location to tourist attractions and public transportation.
No English speaking television channels.
Our room had the ultimate location to all the sites, was spacious, comfortable & spotless! The service was top notch & their breakfast was delicious & so convenient! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Amazing location, right in the middle of everything, a few steps away from the Tuileries garden and Le Louvre. Hotel in a very quiet street.
Friendliness and helpfulness
Room too hot
Staff friendly and helpful especially Jacques who works night shift. Thank you!
AMAZING location. It is very close to the Louvre, the Tuleries gardens which are just beautiful, and the Cityrama office on Rue de Pyramides which you will go to if you want to do some Tours of the City or of the Chic Outlets. However watch out the hotel is on a very tiny street that can be easily missed, google maps is a must to find it as most taxi drivers didnt know the name of the street. Also the Staff of the hotel is very helpful, they helped me with my taxi booking and with taking my luggage up (Described more under what i didn't like)
The hotel is TINY. My room was on the 5th floor and that floor has no elevator so it meant i took the lift to the 4th floor then the very narrow staircase to the 5th, this normally would be ok but as i had big/heavy luggage it was not so ok. On the way up the reception attendant helped me which was very kind of him but on check out (with heavier bags) i dealt by myself and it was very difficult. I recommend for this hotel in case of booking a 5th floor room to check with guests the size of luggage. The other thing that I didn't like was that there was no kettle in the room: for 210 euros a night there should be a kettle and a mug and some coffee like you would find in much lower rates. And finally, the internet connection is only useable for one device, so you cant connect both laptop and phone at the same time, which is not a sin, but it's just a little luxury that would be nice and easy for the hotel to provide.
The hotel is walking distance from major attractions or the metro. However, hotel is located on a quiet street. There is a small supermarket close to the hotel which makes it very convenient to buy food.
The single room is small and shower is not separate from the room. The elevator only fits one person, but common for the area.
Very handy to most attractions ,Walking distance to the river Seine.
Lift is very small ,internet keep dropping out .lights in hallways don't come on straight away in passages.
Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, good value for money, nice breakfast, clean room.
The hotel was in an excellent location and was great for tourists. The room was clean, and staff was friendly. The room was small, as can be expected for Paris, but big enough and quite fine in quality.
TINY room (I am 162cm, 50 kg and could not close the door of the bathroom when standing in front of sink!), refurbished entry and staircase, but rooms still shabby, bed with a plastic cover over matress - overall a place I did not feel comfortable at all.
Good and clean hotel in perfect location, friendly and competent staff, French breakfast with fresh croissants and excellent coffee, fast WiFi free of charge. Can be recommended!
Great location Friendly and very professional and helpful staff Great breakfast
Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
No clock in the guest room. Bathroom was so small you could not close the door if you were standing at the sink. Continental breakfast was overpriced, and at the room rate paid should have been included.
The room size. A shoe box and I am talking toddler. No space to store clothes; all to be piled up onto a tiny shelf or hanged on a 8'' rail (I was here for 5 days on business...) and nothing closed. The safe (that was not working the first day) was on the floor (you need to be flat belly to operate it). Had to get a stool to operate the heating in the bathroom and I am 6'2''. The bedroom door opened right onto the stairs. I found this highly dangerous as I has to down a step to close the door.I wonder what I would have had if I had not chosen a double 'Superior' room. Nothing justifies such a price or even the 3*.
Location was excellent, by the side of peaceful road. Room was small but cosy and clean.
Wifi connection didn't work.
Very quite for the local
The Internet was funny
Good hotel nice staff great location.
Great location and very helpful staff.
With the exception of 1 staff, they were all rude. Returning to the hotel after New Years Eve out in Paris, I was very rudely forced to pay my bill in the middle of the night even though I informed them I would be checking out in the morning. The room was definitely NOT what was advertised!! Very small room, old furnishings, and even smaller bathroom/toilet(there wasn't even room to stand at the sink to brush your teeth.
Single room I lived in is wonderful. But a double room is too small.
Location to all the main sights, cleanliness and welcome at hotel. Really good value for money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of booking.
Can't think of one bad thing, everything was excellent.
Excellent location, clean room, "classical" breakfast for Paris.
