хороший доступ в интернет - бесплатный Wi-Fi, англоязычный персонал, отель расположен в самом центре - через дорогу лувр! рядом станция метро - прямая ветка до триумфальной арки! парфюмерный магазин benlux duty free с русскоязычными продавцами также через дорогу! в этом магазине можно легко разменять купюру 500евро! не понравилось, что в самом дорогом номере Deluxe окна выходят во двор! в ресторане выбор горячих-холодных блюд очень скромный! |

Замечательное месторасположение гостиницы! Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номера просторные и уютные. Понравилась работа службы консьержей в отеле, через которых мы заказывали экскурсии и бронировали места в ресторанах. |

The location, the junior suite was very nice; the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Two things: 1) the hotel in general and our room was too hot and we needed to leave the windows open (we had the thermostat turned as low as it could go). 2) The bed covers were one piece (a duvet setup). Since it was so hot, you couldn't just sleep with a sheet - it was the comforter or nothing as the choice. |

The Junior Suite was clean and comfortable for the business traveller. Trying to get a taxi was extremely difficult. |

Free upgrade on arrival from superior room to deluxe. Attentive staff at reception and concierge desk. Excellent breakfast buffet, although a bit on the expensive side, staff at breakfast very efficient. Location excellent- all major attractions within an easy walk & metro right outside. |

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely room, and most comfortable bed ever. Very helpful concierge. Best location for site seeing in heart of Paris right across the street from the Louvre. You can walk to the Place de la Concorde, L' Opera, and to Notre Dame along the Seine from here. There are two metro stops right next to the hotel. It is also interesting to note that this hotel was a location in a Sherlock Holmes novel. Price of food in the hotel restaurant was a bit expensive, so, we ate breakfast right outside the front door to the right in the Cafe de la Comedy for a fraction of the price. |

The location was fantastic with the metro on the doorstep. The hotel bar was intimate and luxurious. The staff werre very courteous and obliging. The room had paper-thin walls and you could hear normal conversation from the next room. |

The most comfortable bed we have ever used in a gorgeous junior suite overlooking the museum. Superb hotel location and everyone extremely helpful and courteous. Would dearly love to return if the euro falls off a cliff.... Like everything in Paris right now the costs for virtually everything are exhorbitant |

Excellent location, helpful staff, clean rooms, large and light bathrooms, really french atmosphere, close to most of the sightseeings and fashion boutiques. The decoration of rooms is a bit tired, but this is a problem of the most of the hotels in the centre of Paris. |
