- friendliness - service - cleanliness - I would have preferred to find some ham for breakfast rather than too much cheese

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful even though we arrived on Saturday. The Concierge was pleasant and humorous and also helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and in good taste. The breakfast was very nice and good value. The hotel was in walking distance of the Louvre and the Eiffel Tour. There were some good eating places nearby. It was good hotel for a city break and not too expensive. Very pleasant and peaceful with a feeling of a Family run business. Nothing

The design of the rooms is really nice The staff is absolutely not friendly, I was received by a person at the front desk screaming at me because I brought 2 children instead of one. The second one was a baby y the way, they made me pay a triple room because of this.

Despite its old outlook of the room interior, it has a fully control air conditioning and cable tv. We also have kettle in our room (not all hotel in Paris have this). The location is just few doors away from a small convenient stores which is still open till at least 11pm. also near a japanese restaurant and pastry shop. The receptionist do speak good english as well.oh yes, the room is spacious enough for the kids. The interior is too classic (read: not modern) to my likings and the elevator is quite small (common issue in Paris hotel?) and the breakfast offered is a simple one.

The size of the room was good and a separate small room for the children which was very good. Very quiet area so no noise at night and 2 metro stops within 5 minutes of hotel. Expensive but given that it was midterm and Valentines day it was inevitable.

The only thing that was good, was the location, in the center of the city. The hotel offers no parking!

Considering the location, the price was fair. A Metro (Varenne) station, a few restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Western), a mini market, laundry shop and a few pastry shops are within walking distances. Rather quiet at night. Sunday would be a problem for meals if you hang around the hotel area as all the restaurants, pastry shops and mini market are closed; save for a sundry shop.

I absolutely love this hotel. It was in a great location being within a short walk to Les Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, and the Varenne metro station. The staff was very nice and accommodating. No one seemed to care about my botched French and seemed to appreciate that I tried. The rooms are nice. I stayed here with my two sisters in a room with a queen (maybe even bigger) bed and a twin and we slept great. The bathrooms are large too, which is great for a bunch of girls. Another great thing about this hotel is that it had an elevator. We only needed to use it for our bags but it's nice to know you have one if you need it. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The family room was a brilliant size we travelled with a 6 year old and a baby. The separate annexe room with the kids beds was great so we could relax in our room after the kids had gone to bed. The room was cosy and not cramped like we expected it to be after all the other guidance form travellers. We were on the 3 rd floor and had no noise issues from the traffic. Windows well insulated. Shower a good size, definitely a plus. The decor is a bit dated. It did feel a bit Parisenne though which was nice but the fridge was not working so well. We managed without a microwave for the baby but it would have been nice to have access to one. We didn't try the breakfast.

Location - close to a Verenne metro station. Main bed room and bathroom sizes were good. Kids bedroom - very small, just about fitted two single beds. Breakfast was not included, we tried breakfast on first day for 8euro per person. It was very basic. We decided not to have for balance of our stay.

The Hotel is well located in central Paris, and gave easy access either by walking or access to nearby metro station. As we were travelling with two small children, it was good to have two separate rooms and enough space to store 4 checked bags. Free wifi was reliable and could use it for VOIP calls and Skype video conferencing, however you had to log into the wifi every time you entered and left the hotel or it timed out. The general reception service was a mixed bag depending who was at the front desk that ranged from very friendly and helpful to poor and useless. The fellow on checking was useless and the other fellow on checkout was perfect and very helpful. The overal room was very neat and tidy and had a good overal feel for a 3 star hotel. Got off to a bad start, on checking, arrived at 1.30pm for the scheduled check in and was told to come back at 2pm which I thought was still ok, however we came back at 2pm and the room was still not ready, with some excuse that they were short staffed, room was eventually ready at 2.20pm. Only one small lift, so allow extra time to move your large bags around, also the staff servicing the rooms seem to leave their service carts in the middle of the stair area which I thought was a little bit dangerous and at one stage blocked the stairs. The safe in our room had not been correctly setup and had to ask reception to reset it, other minor thing was the sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged and drained very slowly.

This hotel was excellent. We had a nice big room on the second floor (room 6). The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There is a lift. Hotel staff are very friendly. This hotel is really well located, close to a metro, near museums etc. There are lots of cafes around and it seems a safe/ quiet area.

Location Room was nothing like I expected. Much smaller than looked on the website Room walls were dirty, When we arrived - our room was not ready and receptionist did not explain anything about services or breakfast. Found that breakfast was not included too! Your website suggested that it was a brilliant deal. Turned out to be the poorest hotel we stayed in when compared to Rome or Madrid. A very tiny room for 3 people. May have been better had it not been so oversold. However, the location was excellent but would consider the hotel experience as no more than fair!

Stayed in Room 26 - which was the Family Superior Room. Great room. Large Queen bed was in one room and second room had two twin beds that fit adults. Plenty of room to move around in both bedrooms so you weren't living wall to wall. Bathroom was very clean and everything worked as designed. Very enjoyable stay and good size room for Paris. Location is great!! Very close to Varenne stop on the Metro. Easy access to all sights in the city.

Location was close to river and Eifle Tower. Room was small and worn out looking. Staff at the front desk were not very helpful. Maid left our room door unlocked and open after cleaning our room. Person at front desk offered no apology or assistance of any kind, never even called us to see if anything was missing. Only the next day he said sorry while we checked out! I've been to Paris three times and have never had anything but great service before, this hotel was a disappointment.

Room was clean with comfortable beds and on a very quiet street, but quite close to some attractions and a Metro. It had 2 rooms which was great as the kids could go to bed and we could stay up and sort things out the next day. there are restaurants, a supermarket, patisserie just down the street. A Laundromat is also only 4 doors down. Wish we'd found that before we'd left.
