Best Western Hôtel Du Parc  

Quite old hotel but with some properly executed renovations. New bathrooms and breakfast area

Other parts old. Bar expensive. Rooms very poorly ventilated.

Great bathroom. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out.

Bed wasn't that comfortable. WiFi didn't work in the room.

Reservation confirmed a room with terrace, but initially we were given a room with not even a balcony. After reclamation, reception gave us another room with terrace.

Situation in front of a parc, hipodrome, chateau, very big room, new bathroom

Furniture a bit old fashioned

Much noise because of constructionworkers in the other rooms. Really annoying! Not only during the day, but also during the evening!

The receptionist on our arrival 30/4/13 and departure 2/5/13 was extremely helpful, gave us directions and printed maps.

Made to feel very welcome from the staff at reception. The Hotel was very clean,extremely comfortable rooms and there was a good choice from the buffet breakfast. The location was central and the Hotel easy to find and parking available outside.There was a good selection of Cafe's and Restaurants locally catering for all budgets. This is the second time we have satayed at this Hotel and we will definetly return in the future.

Location, near centre with lot of restaurants on walking distance

The location of the hotel is good and the room we stayed in was recently refurbished, whilst being small it was comfortable.

Whilst the hotel was functional, we felt that it represented very poor value for money - it was as expensive as staying in a city centre hotel in Paris. The hotel bar was neither manned nor stocked and on one occasion we were told we would have to leave via the back exit because they'd lost the key for the front door! The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked and not replenished across the morning. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful and it felt as though the place was in 'hibernation'.

The night clerk, Mathias, was extremely helpful.

Lack of fridge; lack of comfortable chairs Not well managed (when we arrived there seemed to be some confusion about our booking; when a room (215) was allocated we went there and found the bed had not been changed nor bathroom cleaned; when we returned to reception we were allocated another room (212). The timing of daily cleaning of room was not very convenient (mid-afternoon), just after we had returned from our morning's outings. (there is no common lounge with easy chairs to retire to either).

Le confort et la propreté des lieux, l’accueil du personnel souriant et disponible, la possibilité de faire un spa (non testé mais à faire lors d'une prochaine visite).

La chambre donnait sur la rue et les voitures qui circulaient étaient assez bruyantes. Difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, mais en cas de grosse chaleur, présence de climatisation.

Chambre joliment décorée, bon accueil, geste commercial sur les petits déjeûners, sachant que lors de ma réservation en ligne, j'ai spécifié l'âge de mes enfants, mais qu'une fois à l'hôtel ceux ci passaient dans la catégorie adulte....

Descriptif de la chambre Dotée d'une terrasse privée, cette chambre dispose de la climatisation, de la télévision par câble et d'une salle de bains privative avec baignoire et sèche-cheveux. Contrairement à la description il n'y avait pas de terrasse. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas correctement beaucoup de difficulté pour établir une connexion.
