The excellent staff at the front desk and the breakfast service. We never saw the housekeeping, but they always cleaned the room perectly!

The possibility to make coffee/tea in the room.A room safe.

Internet didn't work, no minibar or room safe, no dinner facility.

There was good free wireless Internet connection. Hotel is located in the nice city district close to a beautiful park.

Air-conditioner did not work and windows were at 3 meters above floor.

15 minutes walk or short taxi ride from Lyon central station. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and adequate for 2 days business trip. The free internet was paid for by advertising but fast, found the adverts a little anoying.

The staff were excellent. Continental breakfast was generous. Bethroom modern and clean.

This hotel has the charm of an older French hotel. We had a triple room, which was quiet and spacious. The neighborhood is charming with shops and restaurants everywhere. It was further from the old city than we thought, although taking the metro was very easy and fast

The beds were very hard, amenities minimal, decor was quite dated. However, everything we needed was provided for.

Close to the city center, park, good restaurants

Very small roooms, very stiff bed, limitted hot water and an overall poor value for money

The staff was nice- the hotel is not far from the city center- except Sunday you have to pay everywhere for the parking

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, familiäre Atmosphäre. Eingeschränkte Zimmerservice Angebot, aber Qualität des Essens durchaus annehmbar.

Presitge Zimmer gebucht, Zimmer unterm Dach mit Velux-Fenster erhalten, sicherlich keine Prestige-Zimmer. Bett unbequem, WiFi Zugang im Zimmer nicht möglich. Fernsehprogramm ausschließlich Französisch.

Niveau 2* plutot que 3*

Accueil excecrable, je n'ai jamais vu cela d'ailleurs (harcelement telephonique dans la chambre par la receptionniste à 12h05 le jour du départ, hallucinant!! Mes voisins ont eu droit au réveil en personne...) bref tellement de points négatifs qu'il est clair que je n y retounerais jamais; il n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles, je vous conseille le mercure juste à côté...premiere deception de booking;(

Les fenêtre sont bien insonorisées donc on n'entend pas trop les voitures.

Problème d'organisation au niveau du parking proposé. L'hotel n'a qu'une seule carte pour y accéder et donc les clients ne peuvent pas prendre leur voiture quand ils le souhaitent. La voiture doit rester dans leparking tout le long du séjour.
