Clean and warm

Poor facilities only 1 towel in room,bed too low,walls paper thin,very noisy,breakfast very poor,no dishes for cereals limited choice.

Booking website said check out was at 12 but staff seemed a bit annoyed when we were still packing at 11.

Really good quqlity cheap hotel. Room was clean &comfortable breakfast adequate. Not a lifechanging experience but great value at 59 euros incl. breakfast and free parking

Security was excellant. On arrival staff were helpful..

I did miss the complimentry tea and coffee in the room but realised it is something that is'nt done in France.

Off road parking and free Wi-Fi were a plus and the room was very clean. Close enough to walk to cafes and restaurants.

Friendly staff, the location was good with a short walk to the resturants. Although not secure free parking was available under the hotel which was more than adequate. Also the benefit of free Wi-Fi with a good signal.

There was nothing I disliked.

Parking and a fair breakfast included. It's a nice 2 star hotel.

No lift available meaning that you need to carry all the luggage by the stairs.

Very helpful and polite staff. Air-conditioning. Quite room with view on back garden. big comfortable beds.

Delighted that the staff waited up for our arrival. Our ferry arrived in Ouisterham late, I emailed from the Ferry that we would be late and by the time we cycled into Caen it was midnight. The staff were very coutious on our arrival. We stored our bicycles in our bedroom!!

It was very clean. Comfortable, Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Tended to be a bit too sparse, eg. No tv programme guide. An electric jug would have been appreciated.

Convenient location for the stop over on my journey home. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

There was no shower screen or curtain in the bathroom.

I stayed at the Hotel Du Parc with my four dogs en route home from a trip to the uk. The staff where friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and the price was very good value for money

Since I had to sleep in the daytime, I was very pleased with my stay in L'Annexe, a small and quiet building adjecent to the hotel. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. The WiFi was excellent and thanks to the shutters and curtains it was completely dark. The private parking place was easy to reach and the location was easy to find. This is going to be my regular hotel in this region!

The bed wasn't as comfortable as the rest of the room, but that's a personal thing I guess.

Excellent accueil par la réceptionniste qui nous a guidées pour rejoindre l"hôtel, vu la difficulté de circulation depuis la place centrale qu'on ne peut plus traverser. Amabilité du personnel de ménage.

Surprises de voir le matin du linge propre par terre dans le couloir. Un chariot à linge serait nécessaire.

Hôtel proche du centre de Niort; récents travaux de rénovation; décoration avec beaucoup de goût; l'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit; petit déjeuner sympa! Qualité/prix, ok!

l'insonorisation des chambres (joint de porte de la chambre); porte accordéon de la salle de douche = manque d'intimité!

L'hotel est classe, le personnel accueillant. On n'entend pas le bruit provenant de l'extérieur de l'hotel, mais on entend les voisins (enfants qui ont crié à 10h)
