The rooms are really in need of refurbishment. Especially carpets and bathrooms.

Silent. Tidy. Friendly. Good bathroom.

Wifi fee. Bad hotel parking. Expensive breakfast. Very limited standard breakfast. Few forreign TV stations.

Good central location within easy walk of the railway station. Comfortable room.

No tea/coffee making facility in the room.

Liked the Original Art Deco look Quality of the toiletries

Very noisy from about 1am when young people were leaving nearby club and this was a midweek visit

Hotel location in the city center of mulhouse. The reception and piano bar.The staff did speak good english, which is seldom in frence hotels.

The cleaning of the room, the maintenance of the room - the room appeared to be vorn out - needed painting, the carpet was old. The extras prices was too high. Cost of parking was 19.5 eur pr. 24 hours - other hotels charged only 8 eur per night - the minibar was extreamly expensive, breakfast was 19 eur extra. We had to pay for internet. The fitness room was not in the hotel - but far away.

The Hotel Du Parc was almost the best thing to happen to me ever while in France. My wife and I are trying to figure our lives so that we may live there. Kidding aside, it is just a pleasure on any scale.

charming hotel , friendly efficient staff restaurant and bar an absolute touch of class

A nice hotel with an Art Deco flavour near the centre of town. The staff were friendly and the room clean and spacious though no tea/coffee in the room nor breakfast included. Parking was not a problem in metered spaces outside. A good bar with music and food and Happy Hour! though a little expensive after Happy Hour.

The bed was large but sank in the middle, not good for the back!

décadence sans élégance: abandoned aristocratic construction: during the night there was only two young persons trying to accomplish all (all) the tasks: reception, bar, kitchen, restaurant, etc. breakfast in the morning without eggs, express coffee machine broken and very uneducated employee.

Advertised free WI-FI ! Itt was only free for 30 minutes!

The Modern Style design in every details, the high quality of the breakfast, the size of the bathroom, the very good maintenance of the building and the cleanliness.

The parking facilities with a too steep entrance under a too far building, without any staircase or lift, you need to go out using the car entrance. The lack of understanding and attention of the staff at the reception who is charging 19€50 a day for that "garage". They should have told us that they have another parking possibility just behind the hotel, or they should not charge this amount for a such bad experience. In addition, the steep ramp to enter that bad parking can seriously damage the bottom part of your car, especially if you have a lowered type of car.

This was a beautiful hotel in the old part of Mulhouse. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean. It had an old world feel to it and although we chose if purely because it was on our route (location) I would now be happy to retrun to Mulhouse to stay in this hotel again. Thank you for a most interesting stay.

Poorly breakfast. No fresh vegetables, you haft to boil your eggs yourself.

Bed was too soft to my opinion

Great staff. Although at breakfast you had feeling of beng served by the back of house cleaning girl not real waiters. Breakfast buffet poor in old and decor. Looked like a put together area , not a proper thought buffet. Bathrooms need refurbishing. Looking old. Bath top not Andy to take showers.

A Four-Star Hotel for a Two-Star Price! The hotel's decor was delightfully art deco. The room was lovely and quiet with an excellent bed. The location was supurb just across the street from the park and walking distance from the train station. I highly recommend the breakfast although it is a little pricey. The breakfast spread is well worth it. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

We stayed at Mulhouse only because we were travelling through France to Italy via Germany and Switzerland but we were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was and how it was good value for money to stay at. 5 people €200 My husband loved the train museum and it has turned out to be a real highlight. We had a great Family joined room set up, with three kids was perfect.
