We did not get new towels next day. Room was really small. Have to always ask for a key
Really nice. Understated but just right.
Staff were very helpful. Good location to catch the Metro in what seemed like a safe residential area. The room was very clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Very good value for Paris.
Nothing we didn't like
Just as described above. The buffee breakfast is excellent and reasonably priced. The shopping area and restaurants in the neighborhood are charming and not overwhelming.
The woman staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful when I arrived. Unfortunately, she was replaced by a guy, who was rude, in the weekend. That was the only bad experience during my stay.
This is a little bit away from the main tourist centre, but close to Nation, with many metro lines. It is a quiet street, with a number of nice restaurant nearby. If you're arriving by car, there is a Vinci car park in the road, 100m away. If you're a tourist, the main drag is a few minutes metro/ RER ride away, or a 30 minute walk. The hotel is small, but very comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff are friendly -no hassle on arrival or departure. All good.
Small but very clean, functional and comfortable room; recently and tastefully renovated. (No carpeting!) Nice, convenient neighborhood, good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
Very clean, convenient to metro and RER, quieter neighborhood, availability of a good breakfast.
Coming off the RER, the hotel was difficult for us to locate. There are two entrances to the rue Picpus which we didn't know beforehand. Taking the first one, we got lost and had to ask several people before someone was able to give us directions.
Great location, staff very helpful, clean.
Small room, breakfast not included- 9,5 euros per person.
Handy to nearby Metro, cafes and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Quiet leafy location. Clean and tidy rooms. Free internet and access to printer
Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making options in our room.
This quaint hotel was perfect! The room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was new and very clean. Although not in the city center, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhhood with cafes and bakeries nearby and with easy access to the. Metro. Love this place.
Wifi was decent at times, and unreliable at times. Breakfast was average.
- familiar atmosphere - very comfortable - modern & aesthetic facilities - central (2 two metro stations under 5 minutes walk away) - very friendly and helpful staff - large and tasty breakfast buffet with everything you need - quiet (to sleep well) - very clean Hôtel Du Printemps made our stay in Paris perfect!!
The hotel is super nice, all the staff was really nice!!! The rooms are very confortable!!! The metro station is really close! There are everything around, restaurantes, pharmacy everything
Its really far from ALL atrattion!!! Easy to get by metro, but its works till 00:00
My family would refer to the hotel as cool. It is: the fit-out manages to provide practical elegance, comfort and sufficient space for all the activities of the traveller, including organising out of a suitcase; because everything was to hand and useful, the systems easy to use and the staff helpful, particularly, it seems in a crisis. Being lost in Paris was, if not fun, enjoyable enough for me: so thank you for helping my colleague, Brian, through the dismay and trauma; and it was a pleasure to come home to your collectively calm concern.
I can't think of anything I would want to change--even the lift, which was by my modest experience of small Parisian hotels, relatively commodious.
Helpful, friendly staff. Quiet location - it is not near any of the tourist spots, but it's close to the Nation metro stop, so you can get around easily
Cozy, comfortable, very well run hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Extremely helpful staff. Stayed there several times and was never disappointed. Very n i cembo price/quality ratio.
Small rooms, thin walls. Applies to almost all budget hotels in Paris, and here no exception. Not quite city center, but easily reachable by modern metro line 1.
Staff was friendly and very helpful Room was very clean Great area for getting to Metro and buses Easy access to all the sites
Stayed for 9 nights and had a wonderful time in Paris made perfect by the great service and comfortable stay at Hotel du Printemps. A perfect 10 in every way from very friendly, accommodating, kind staff to immaculate, comfortable rooms. The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood with all of the shops, restaurants and services you can need. It's a very easy Metro ride or bus to all the major sites in Paris.
We were very happy with our stay and have no negative comments.
The friendliness of the staff
the size of the room
the fittings and bed was of a high standard
the room was small
Lovely location - close to Metro and many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets. Hotel was clean and welcoming, staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if returning to Paris.
Nothing - was absolutely perfect for our trip.
A nice clean, simple hotel with a great breakfast. Well decorated and helpful staff.
Everything was great! 2nd time to Paris! Easy metro stops, safe, great neighborhood, excellent staff, helpful. They helped us arrange our next portion of vacation to alps. Merci!
No hair dryer, wish coffee in room.
Excellent hotel - super clean, friendly. Close to great bars and bistros as well as Metro in a non-touristy part of town. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Completely renovated with hardwood floors and new bathrooms. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds, great sleeping. Located on a leafy, quiet boulevard steps from Place de la Nation with excellent connections to all metro lines. Direct Line 2, which runs to Bastille, Louvre and Arc de Triomphe. Charming and knowledgeable owners and staff, I would return without hesitation. in-room safe, nice hairdryer, good lighting in the bathroom.
It is not did not like. The rooms are very small - but in Paris that is pretty much the norm.
The hotel was very clean and well kept. Day time staff were very helpful and the hotel manager seems very pleasant. It is in a good location, two minutes walk from Picpus metro station. It is in a nice quiet residential area, much nicer than some areas we visited on our travels! (We got no hassle from beggars or hobos in that area and it looked nice too)!
The rooms were small, my Mum and I booked a superior twin room and it was adequate, but we were glad we had booked the slightly bigger room.
