Der Name des Hotels ist auf Ihrer Seite falsch angegeben.Das Hotel heisst Hotel Chateaubriand.Wir haben erst einmal 10 Minuten vergeblich gesucht,weil der Name falsch ist.

zimmer war sehr hellhörig, aber superschön eingerichtet.

Loved the fact that they upgraded me to a junior suite for free. Honestly, for the money and the '4 star' rating in Paris, I expected the junior suite quality for the deluxe double room. I imagine I might not have enjoyed my stay as much if it had been a lower class room. Having said that, the location was great, the staff were pleasant, if not overly attentive and the room I was given was very pleasant, well decorated and welcoming.

The shower sprays all over the bathroom no matter how you turn the nozzle, so when you step out, the floor is wet. The staff are a bit short - it seems there aren't enough people working in the hotel for a 4-star. The name needs to be changed, or at least they should add a sign outside to explain that it's called Hotel Chateaubriand, not Le Romancier as listed on Booking.com

Twice in a single-night stay, the hotel charged double payment to my credit card!!!!!!

Excellent location!

Everything! Smells like 100 cats toilet. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Old blanket and towels. No slippers. The bathroom is inside the room and there is not even a bath curtain for some privacy! The staff is polite only until you request a room change. There they start to be unfriendly. Skip this hotel if possible, but if you already booked and no way back - don't buy with breakfast, because this is 22 euro for nothing. Nice "Braserie, Patisserie" very close.

The decoration was special and full of surprises The staff was very friendly It was very easy to get around In general a nice place to stay

The safetybox was situated close to the floor in a cupboard, behind a sofa and with no ligth. It was very difficult to use. The ligthening in the room and bathroom was poor.

The location of the hotel is very central and close to the Champs Elysees. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would return there again and also recommend it to anyone interested in staying in a central hotel in Paris.

All was not good. There is no hotel calld Hotel du Romancier , it is a fake name , the hotel name is ChataueBerriand. Vale was too high. A walk in client came while I was standing at receiption and was offerd half my price , when I asked , they told me : because you booked through booking.com..?????!!!!!!!!!

I loved mostly everything. The decor, and the experience was much better than some £300 hotels we had stayed at.

I really like the "paris-mood" in rooms and in whole hotel. Location is absolutely great. Room was clean, cute and not small (in paris near champs elysees) so I think it's a good value for 165 Euro per night, we paid. We didn't take breakfast, so I've got nothing to say about it. *Мне очень понравились комнаты в "парижском духе" и весь отель в этом стиле. Местоположение шикарное! Комнаты чистые, милые и не маленькие ( в париже, рядом с елисейскими полями! ) , так что я думаю, это хорошее предложение за такие деньги - мы платили 165 евро за ночь. Мы не брали завтрак, так что и сказать нечего.

Actually Hotel is called chateaubriand - as the street! We were searching for about half an hour, until I decided to go inside and ask if this Hotel's name in du Romancier... Noise from neighboors. One of our towels was not perfectly clean... *Вообще-то отель называется CHATEAUBRIAND - как и улица! Мы его искали полчаса, пока я не зашла и не спросила, где Романсье - оказалось он и есть! Шум от соседей (за стенкой) Одно из полотенец было не идеальной чистоты......хм...

The Hotel du Romancier is a boutique style hotel with lavish furnishings and friendly staff, all be it we only saw 2. a bit confusing trying to find it though when on the outside the Hotels called Chateau Briand. Bizarre!!! The room in which I stayed was fabulous with a good quality bed and wonderful furniture. The bathroom was fully equipped with the usual things that you would expect from a city centre hotel but I did have a problem with the shower. It had to be hand held. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The only negative point from the Hotel would be the breakfast. Only two words to use. Rip off. We paid extra and had the breakfast included and to be fair it was a lot extra!!! If you like paying an extortionate amount of money for a cup of coffee and pastries. Oh!! And I better not forget the toast then it was spot on. But if you were like me and expect at least a few cerials to choose from then you would be very disappointed.

Staff were excellant and check in was very efficiant. One staff actually gets in your car to make sure you can find the carparking garage. Rooms were typical french classic design low lights antique furniture which is nice. dont expect very bright modern look here. Would reccomend to anyone on a getaway weekend or mini break.

Everything. The decor and comfort. The size of the rooms are huge for european standards.

Room service was poor. The price paid does not worth at all. The breakfast was so bad Just bread and butter for 22 EUR.

There were no slippers at the rooms, the furniture was very old and the rooms were not clean

They charged me 29 Euros on my credit card after 24 hours I checked out, I called them they said it's for mini bar I don't even saw a mini bar in the room. They should check the mini bar before I leave.
