Very noisy hotel

The hotel had apparently recently received 4th star, but to me it is an average three-star hotel, obsolete, with smells of old carpet, very basic quality bathroom, old furniture and poor service (reception people are friendly but no one offers to take luggage to the room

We have stayed in a room "Prestige" for three person. It was a really large room, very spacious and clean. There were 2 bathroom, and despite our windows were toward the street, it was not noisy in the evenings. The hotel is walking distance to Champs Elysees and metro station, the hotel staff were very cheerful, kind, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location size of rooms and cleanliness

Very noisy surroundings and no double glazing. We were on second floor and woken both nights by dust carts and beeping. Asked to move aftet first night but this met a typical gallic shug of shoulders and words "complet"

Front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few meters away from Les Champs. The area has several cafes/restaurants, ideal for a good morning breakfast. We had the double room / 2 beds. Very spacious with 2 bathrooms. The furniture/decoration is old style but still very clean.

The TV in the room was very very small, but again we hardly used it.

Lovely boutique-like hotel in an excellent location - just off Champs-Elysees. The staff were friendly which isn't always the case in other Paris hotels we've stayed in. We had the triple room and this was large - two double beds (one was a pull-out bed) - and two family sized bathrooms although one of them only had a sink and bathtub which was fine. Rooms were very clean and decorated nicely.

Breakfast wasn't included.. The breakfast was €15 a head, which we thought was quite steep, so we ate out instead.

Nice location but very noisy...

I was traveling with 2 young children ages 7 and 11. The hotel was very comfortable with plenty of room. I stayed in a triple prestige room which had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious for a French hotel. Also very clean and bright. The housekeeper was such a pleasant friendly roman with a big smile all the time. Most of the staff members at reception were very warm and friendly with one or two exceptions. I felt very safe as a hotel staff member is always at the reception desk 24 hours a day and you had to be buzzed in to enter after a certain time in the evening.

Eventhough the room had 2 bathrooms only one had a toilet the other a bidet. It would have been ideal with 2 toilets! I also didn't like the fact there was no room service. But, they did offer continental breakfast in the rooms until 10:30am and a buffet breakfast in their salon.

Hotel is good and well located,

rooms are very hot, although heating was off. i wonder in Summer how it would be, as no aircondition is available. i need your assistnace to refund the booking fees that was taken by Elysees Hotel on 29/2 Euros 179. booking was cancelled same day. please check and credit my credit card account urgently.

style, situation, very nice rom, quiet

ottima posizione, confortevole, molto curato, grazioso. un vero hotel boutique.

Accueille très sympatique. Belles et grandes chambres calme donnant sur une cour intérieure. Grand choix de produit pour le petit déjeuner.Situation parfaite pour visiter Paris à pied, sans trop prendre le métro.

Il n'y a pas de fromage à la coupe au petit déjeuner.
