Location excellent for visiting the Cathedral and other main sights. Excellent view over the Port du Saint Marcel. Room decor was slightly shabby (i.e. frayed wallpaper, etc.) & in need of updating. |

The location was fantastic,the restaurant attached to the hotel was superb and overall our stay was very pleasant. Metz was very nice and we intend to re visit in the summer. The hotel was in the middle of what looked like decoration and there were some pretty peculiar smells!, |

the breakfast was very nice for the price, not a bad price for a one night stop through. Would not have wanted to stay more than one night. the parking was free but very small and very difficult to access the hotel with luggage. It is best to take your luggage up from the street level not from the garage. The elevator should go to the garage. Pictures make you think the hotel is right on the river with rooms over looking the river. The hotel is behind a restaurant which is on the river. The hotel is very old and needs updating. |

Friendly staff. As the hotel was not fully booked we could move to a room wich was warmer. We could check out later so that we could change nappies of our baby in the room before leaving. Lots of small things should be fixed - one lightbulb was out, the knob for WC flushing was missing, the TV remote did not work properly, the sauna was "en panne" ... |

bed, no noise the room cost 95€, worth 75€, not even a hairdryer in the bathroom, the receptionis crowded with christmas trees in circulation spaces, the breakfast room has beautiful furniture, but the setting is poor in the end: too many tables, somm nearly at the reception, near the circulation area) |

een prettige locatie, dicht bij het centrum. parkeerplaats onder het hotel, weliswaar krap, maar wel gemakkelijk te vinden. aandacht van het personeel, geen bar in het hotel. |

Première impression encourageante en découvrant le hall d'accueil.La suite beaucoup moins agréable en découvrant la chambre Rapport qualité/prix médiocre.(95€ Hors petit déjeuner !)Tapisserie décollée dans la chambre, pas de rideaux mais seulement des doubles rideaux (Qu'on a déjà du mal à manoeuvrer) et qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir car on nous voit alors de l'extérieur.Télécommande pour téléviseur ne fonctionne pas, Dans wc et douche, traces de colle au sol le long des murs ce qui fait vraiment négligé. |
