Our flight from the US arrived at 6:30 AM Paris time so we went to the Hotel and asked if they could hold our bags and then went on a hop on hop off bus tour. My daughter had an allergy attack and we realized her medicine was in our bag at the hotel. We went back and the front desk agent, Jamel, went out of his way to get our bag out of storage, brought my daughter some tea and got our room ready for us early so she could lay down. The room was small, but clean, modern and efficiently laid out. The lift was tiny (room for 1 person and 1 suitcase if you held your breath) but Jamel offered to carry our bags up the four flights of stairs and refused my tip. He also called for a taxi for us to go back to the airport after we had checked out of the hotel and into into our rental apartment. The service and location were outstanding! A few steps away from the market and multiple restaurants, ATM around the corner, and a fabulous bakery. Thanks Jamel! We'll be back!

Relatively renovated. Like a Japanese capsule hotel. Very small, including stairs and elevator. Shower without glass door installed and electricity doesn't work in the bathroom. They didn't resolved it.

Immaculate small stylish room right off la rue de Bretagne. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is currently undergoing renovation but was not bothered by any noise or inconvenience. Would go back - the location is great.

I like the location. Its really exellent. And the windows are very nice. No double rooms! Even if the room is called "double", you have one bed 1.4 size. Don't take standart room for 2 persons - the size of the room is for 1 person maximum.

It was very comfortable and quiet. Also in a great location - close to subway, shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size considering we were in Paris. It was a in a quaint area and looked pretty. Fairly modern. Very cute set up in the room, flat screen TV. Free Wifi. TINY elevator and spiral stair case - we managed. These are not complaints - just comments. We did not see the staff very much and they didn't have a lot to say when we saw them. When we arrived they just gave us our key- no information about the hotel or what was around us etc. Is that the Pairs way? The beds and towels were made/folded each day - but we weren't sure they were being changed. There should have been a shower curtain in the bathroom - water tends to solash around. There was supposed to be a fitness centre - one machine only - and it didn't do much. Otherwise we were very happy

Great location and excellent decor. It was very expensive and the bathroom was very difficult to use (both the door itself and the shower, which lacked a door entirely).

Very nicely modernised, exceptionally clean, excellent bathroom, professional and kind staff. It felt very safe (we were mother and daughter). Fantastic location, very good local restaurants - Cafe Creme, and l'Estaninet in Marchee des Enfants Rouge particularly. Very small bedroom, but this is Paris.

The location suited my purpose as I had an exhibition in that area. But I do not really like the area. It was clean and proper, and personell were helpful. Bathtub in the room and the room was very spatious. The elevator and the bathroom were claustrofobic. Just to too small. The elevator was designed for one person without a suitcase. It is difficult to stop the car outside the hotel for unloading the bags.

De locatie Small room, at the arrival was not that cleaned dust of weeks all around, the plaid over de bed full of hair, we got a new one! The rooms on the first floor are noisy and if you leave the window open you will enjoy the gas from the cars! Breakfast is ok the staff could be a bit more gentle you do pay! The location is super, the best in le marais ! the staff at the desk is very kind! I would advice this hotel only for a few days! Not for a week.

The room was very small but new and clean, it was great. For Paris there is not many options during the summer when you are looking a week before and have a certain budget, I am so happy we found this hotel. I can't comment on breakfast because I never had it. The staff were very helpful. The location is great, this area is so hip and lively. The shower leaked a lot, it wasn't a huge problem though. The cleaning lady would often completely block the tiny hallway. I understand that she needs to do her job, but it was hard when you couldn't get to the elevator or the stairs.

This hotel is located in the middle of the Marais, the most welcoming neighborhood of Paris. I had a nice designed room. Don't forget to ask you access code if you want to connect to wifi in your room.

Although in a lively neighbourhood, our room at the hotel was really quiet (facing a backyard). It was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful. One thing that stands out is the excellent location, in the heart of the most entertaining and interesting quartiers of Paris. The shower stall/bathtub wasn't covered well enough, so a lot of water got on the bathroom floor. You don't want to have to use all your clean towels to dry up the bathroom floor! However, I would hardly call it a serious flaw, and it didn't bother us to much.

Rooms were clean and reception team (Particularly Jamel) were very hepful throughout , The Spa and Jacuzzi were excellent and after a busy day it was the perfect way to unwind Dissapointed that there were no hot drink making facilities in the room and the room were rather on the small size. I was also suprised to see that there was no toast for breakfast one day and this was before 09.00am

the day and night desk guys were really pleasant and helpful, paticularly when our purse was stolen. very friendly it was lovely to walk out straight into the lovely marais. the room was small and the lift was tiny, but all was clean and pleasant. they were rebuilding the entrance, but this ws only marginally a nuisance. we think you shoulg get a bigger lift/elevator, if this is possible, but there really are no complaints.
