I loved thist hotel! Very beautiful with a sence of old France. Great location next to D'Orsay. Nice breakfast. The best vallete: Franklin.
The ambiance . The staff were helpful . The road was quiet and even though no parking it was easy to park the car outside to take bags out. There was a paid parking garage about 10 minutes walk away.
Room and bed on the small size but I could have paid more to get a larger room/bed.
Great hotel, friendly staff from before arrival and after departure
The rooms are excellent, well furnished and super comfortable. Quiet street with shops, restaurants and transport nearby. Very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble.
Nothing - we will stay here again next time we're in Paris.
Great location, beautiful décor and very friendly staff!
There was nothing I didn't like.
Wonderful design hotel, friendly staff, great location, stylish interior with great attention to the details. Exquisite fabric wallpaper and ancient vaulted cellar were breakfast was served. We'll be pleased to return here again!
Too expensive breakfast. Unfortunately, because of December it was not possible to have a breakfast in the lovely courtyard.
A classic spot, which I always enjoy, and has a welcome elegance and quirky nature in a time when character is consistently stripped from such places.
Bathrooms are not quite as comfortable as they ought to be for a hotel of such comfort and charm.
Charming decor, delightful staff-- especially Agnes, lovely breakfast and a perfect location! We can hardly wait to return!
Rien...that's "nothing" in French!
The hotel was beautifully appointed and every detail was perfect. Gorgeous room and helpful staff in a wonderful location.
Good location. Nice bathroom in room. Walk to many key places. A little sparse for dining options locally.
Room was very small (had to put our bags under the bed so we could walk around) and cold.
Silence, comfort, beauty
We liked the character of our room and the hotel in general. Very quiet location. All staff were fantastic, polite and extremely helpful. We would certainly recommend this hotel and are very likely to use again.
Facilities and staff.
Price is somewhat high.
Helpfulness in recommendations, directions
A turn down would have been nice! We spent three nights at the hotel without a turn down or fresh bath towels before bed
Nice location. Clean bathroom.
There is no elevator. No in room mini bar, no in room drinking water. The room is too small. The staircase is so narrow and abrupt. Not adapted for elderly people. Room insulation very poor.
location, staff, charm
room a bit small
We Will be back !!!
All of the above
We loved the location - as good as it gets on the Left Bank. Charming hotel with a very pleasant courtyard. The hotel staff are friendly and capable. It was close and within walking distance to shopping, dining and major attractions. We will definitely stay there again.

Huge bathroom (for Paris). Lovely helpful reception
The night door is quite heavy & bangs shut at night. Other than that exceptionally quiet for Paris.
Quiet side street. Friendly staff. Cosy and quaint. Close to restaurants and deli to buy picnic provisions. Walking distance to Les Invalides and Musee D'Orsay.
This hotel is in a superb location, only a few minutes' walk from all the major sights. Despite its centrality, the hotel is in a very quiet street; our room was on the ground floor and, in five nights, there was no intrusive noise. The rooms are gorgeous: charming, clean and with good attention to detail. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway.
Proximity to the Musée d'Orsay; Pretty, individual decor with unusual fabric-covered walls; surprisingly quiet street; spotlessly clean; very pleasant and helpful staff.
Bed a tiny bit soft for my preference; price was quite high but maybe it is par for the course.
Beautiful hotel. Superb service and great location for getting around Paris.
