Superb location for a visit to St Malo. Staff were excellent - friendly and professional. Overall a good value, simple hotel and ideal for a short visit to St Malo Was told that private parking would be available and tried to reserve a space, but this was not the case and ended up parking outside the walled city |

The location is great & the staff was very helpful. Parking is difficult, especially if you have a bigger car, but parking outside the walls is close & easy to access. The town is great to walk around in & the hotel makes it easy to do. It is quiet at night , which is helpful if you like to sleep. |

I requested a quiet room away from the lift and that's exactly what they allocated me. Very centrally located but in a quiet area. Very close to shops and lots of good restaurants. Room was a bit on the small side and twin room was two single beds pushed together. Not much space to separate them! Would have liked tea making facility in the room. |

Close to everything and a lovely atmosphere, very homely, welcoming and friendly. 24 hour reception was comforting and the breakfast just perfect - plenty of choice and something to suit all tastes. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying there again. |

Location within old town and provision of internal parking were biggest positive aspects. Room was very small, ok for one night but uncomfortable for a longer stay. Window directly opposite noisy bar causing disturbance up until 1.00am |

The hotel was well situated within the ramparts of St. Malo and close to ferry port for overnight stay The rooms was small, carpets extra quite worn. Did not think the standards and room were value for the money |

Central location inside the citadel which was ideal for walking to the many shops and resturants in the area. Only a 10 minute walk from the boat. Easy to get a bus to other places, we went to the Grand Aquarium and also spent a day in Dinan. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. |

The rooms were compact but very clean and comfortable, with a huge TV and a bijou bathroom. As the parking area was full, the man on the desk went the 2nd mile and, as we had a fully laden car which was rather vulnerable to unwelcome interest, he let us have a small garage opposite for the same price as a parking space. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. It is in a prime position in a wonderful city. The impossibilty of booking a definite parking space. It was 1st come, 1st served. Also, the price of the breakfast. We had a breakfast in a cafe at less than half that price. |

Got in late & left early. Location is good for ferry. Very difficult to find. Small rooms. Pictures on hotel deceiving. Felt uncomfortable & noisy through night. Parking impossible if you arrive late . Our rental car was vandalised overnight in the parking allocated outside the city walls. Very far to walk with luggage. |

The location is ideal for exploring the old city. Its a basic but clean and comfortable hotel. There is a small private car park but alternatively you can use the public car park outside the walls, which is much cheaper and very close by. |
