Hotel du Louvre  

Clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location

Given its location intra muros the room was a fair size and very comfortable. Tea/coffee making equipment in room unusual in France. We arrived off the ferry before 9 in the morning but the friendly receptionist said our room was already free. Much better than leaving cases.

Credit card machine not working; ok as I could draw cash but could be a problem - hopefully a one-off

Staff were great, comfortable bed. Breakfasts wonderful.

It was a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful and efficient staff. It is in a good location with good arrangements for car-parking. Good breakfasts.The room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated.

The only criticism I have is that the room was quite cold. The weather was unusually cold for the end of April but the heating in the room was minimal.

Excellent standard of city hotel and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and a wonderful choice for breakfast. Great value for money and an ideal location for the port. We stayed at the hotel as a stop gap prior to leaving france on a day ferry back to the uk and will most definately visit again this time for a couple of days to enable us to soak in the wonderful walled city. If there is a negative of this hotel that would have to be the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Not enough however to stop us from returning.

Nice and convenient location

They charged 2.50 eur for coffee out of a machine; staff disinterested; Internet not working; check-in 14.30 - which means a traveller from the uk arriving on the ferry at 8 in the morning has to run around town without the comfort of his hotel until then; thin hotel room walls

Small room, good hotel staff. Clean. Location- in the center, far from train station. Everything is good, appropriate to 3 stars hotel

no water in the room and the wi fi was no working. the wi fi shows up in the i pad. just the name but doesnt works. than i was at the loby and even the computer to thr guest. have internet. ..i must book my next hotel. by the. nice. atendent. from the front desk why the only wi fi internet working there was from the manager.. eles dizem que twm wi fi internet mas nao tem so aparece o nome da rede mas nao funciona com senha nenhuma nem internet nem no computador disponivel no saguao p os hospedes tem internet ou wifi.. e conversa.. infelizmente estive em tres hoteis da booking que aconteceram a mesma a mesma coisa o htl le cravat em luxembourg. este em saint malo e o hotel continental em bordeaux ..eles dizem que tem o nome aparece mas nao entra a pagina .. nem internet.. nem no comp do htl p hospedes..

Very good location. Cooperative and cheerful staff. Free parking just two blocks away.

The staff were freindly, the location was great and the hotel was clean and good value for money

Excellent joining rooms as we have 3 children and great location to catch the early morning ferry.
