The Logis was well situated in the counrtyside, yet not far from Arles. It was very comfortable and welcoming. Very little, although it would have been nice if the car park had been a bit closer to the hotel!

The room was very clean, comfortable and of a good size - nice view out of the windows of the fields. The mas was surrounded by beautiful fields with tall long grass. On my last day, a group of Camargue white horses were grazing in the long grass under some trees near the farm - very picturesque! The quality of the food was superb and as usual in French eating establishments there was plenty of variety of wines and beers etc. The staff were very helpful and obliging. Ample free car parking. Difficult to say really - perhaps would have been nice if they had changed their fixed menu each day.

Location was lovely - out of town. Town reachable by car only. Restaurant not open on Sunday and no local supermarket open either on a Sunday which is a bit of a problem. Buffalo Grill is good - prices reasonable but need to drive to get there. Hotel was very clean and room was spacious. Wine at the bar is a bit pricey but good quality. Very quiet in hotel. Breakfast charged at 10 euro. Didn't try but drove over to McDonalds for tea and McMuffin (x2) for 5 euro.

The hotel was really lovely, exactly what you would picture as bed and breakfast in Provence. The food was also excellent, and everyone we encountered was friendly. Our bathroom wasn't super clean, I found a handful of hairs in the tub and no one cleaned the toilette during our two night stay. I don't mean to say it was very dirty at all, just not rigorously clean.

- It personifies the typical converted Farmhouse to hotel in the Provence region of France. - the in-house restaurant serves a first-class local dinner - large private parking area - long driveway and parking area's gravel leave a white dust layer on your car every time you drive in or out,

Comfortable room with good quiet air conditioning Lovely small pool Friendly staff Good restaurant and excellent breakfast The garden is beautiful - can see flocks of egrets out of the bedroom window Checkout time is midday - more time to relax on last day Very conveniently situated for exploring Arles and Camargue Restaurant closed on Sunday evenings - would be helpful to have a list of local places to eat available in Reception. Quite difficult to wheel heavy suitcases from carpark because of gravel drive.

The site was excellent - like driving up to South Fork! This is a horrible place, fitted out by someone that couldn't care less about their guests. It is depressing with horrid decor and a generally unwelcoming feel. Loads of chairs and tables outside but signs warning that guests can't picnic at them! The toilet in our room was so small you could hardly sit down without banging your head against the door. Above all this is not a 3 star hotel and Logis should adjust its rating down to 2 star at best.

A converted 19th century farm house in the French countryside. The room was pretty basic, but had a good bathroom and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The surroundings and the hotel grounds were very nice, as was the pool area. The restaurant, lobby, and other common areas were nicely decorated and comfortable. Had trouble communicating with the front desk staff in english when the owners were not around (not that we expect english, but all the other hotels we stayed at in France did very well with english). The room did not have a refrigerator. I hear the food in the restaurant is good, but we thought the 35 euro price tag was a little steep, so we skipped it.

The location and general ambience was excellent. It is convenient for the interesting and beautiful city of Arles and I would stay there again. I thought the restaurant was good but somewhat overpriced.

The public areas of the hotel are very charming and the strong free internet connection throughout the hotel was also very welcome. The hotel was staffed during our stay by a man and a lady. The lady was extremely charming and very helpful. Unfortunately the man was quite the opposite and generally gave the impression that he resented people being in his property. When he showed us to our rooms, he ran off ahead and let my elderly father struggle up a steep spiral staircaise without offering any assistance with his bag which I thought was deplorable from a hotelier. The rooms are very basic and quite worn in places. They have pale laminate floors which are very unwelcoming and very inappropriate for the propoerty, obviously chosen on a basis of cost.

A recommander...
