Excellent location and very friendly staff. Nice comfy bed. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening around the room: Toilets flushing, windows and doors opening/shutting, staff moving around, conversation. It was ridiculous! The price of the room is outrageous to have to deal with this much noise! |

1. Location (excellent) 2. breakfast area (modern, tasteful design) 3. room size (slightly larger than one would expect for Paris) 1. Room cleaning: we have a small dog and explicitly requested the staff to skip making up the room on one particular day (when we had to leave the dog inside), however on all the other days, room cleaning was superficial at best (no sink/tub cleaning; bed not done - apparently we had done it well enough for the staff to bother; used coffee cups just disappeared instead of being replaced with a clean set) 2. the attitude of the breakfast staff on our first morning when we requested another table, as the one they had chosen for us was too close to the a/c device) 3. pay solicited in advance apparently because our stay was pretty long for them (5 nights!) to trust us (never happened before) |

5 min walking distance to Louvre and Eifel Towel. Parking on street outside hotel. Good breakfast, Air Con! Shower head broken. Resturants close 2200, no hotel room service... eat before you go out on the town. |

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful surrounding. Very clean and quiet hotel. Excellent location. The room was a little small and looked a little old (but not disturbingly old) |

It was so close to many of the major monuements in Paris--Champs Elysee, Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries. The staff was very helpful and the fact that they spoke English was very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Size of room--even though we had a medium sized room it was still very small. |

Some of the Reception Staff were excellent. We (six people) stayed one night only which was satisfactory and convenient for our needs On arrival a Woman Reception member tried very hard to refuse to accept our accompanying Dog, a Golden Retriever although the Hotel advertises they accept Dogs. This was a very bad start because the Hotel was chosen because of the Dog. |

The location of the hotel was very convenient and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room was very roomy, comfortable and stylish and had a good assortment of food. The breakfast staff was also very attentive. The rooms are very small which I know is normal for European hotels but my room was probably about 100 square feet and I had a very small single bed. |

The staff was very helpful and always willing to help with our stay in Paris. The location is excellent and about one block the Tuillieres and the Louvre. Convenient to public transportation and museums. Stayed 4 days and came back for another 3 after going to Spain for several days. Hotel stored our extra bags. Best breakfast!!!!!!!! Rooms on the front tend to be noisy on the weekends until 1:00am due to an Irish bar/restaurant on the corner if there is a game on TV. Rooms on the back are very quiet. Loved room 611. |

The hotel was very well located. Just 2 minutes walk to the Metro, 2 minutes to the Tuillerie gardens, 4 mins to Place Vendome, 4 mins to Hotel Costes, 8 minutes to Buddha Bar, 8 minutes to the Louvre. It was a great lcoation for the price. We loved the breakfast and the decor in the breakfast room. The service was great. |

only location I am sorry to say that the room given to us is a bad room, very noisy due to neighboor halls, I believe the room was located at the ground floor, somewhere adjacent to a laundry where all day night we heard water running. Whatsmore, there was a continuous scent of humidy. I think Hotel has a policy to give such bad rooms to customers like reserved thru internet. |

Very close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay. The pictures on the website make the room look very plush and nice but in reality it's incredibly plain and the bathroom was last decorated in the 1960's. We were hoping for a romantic break, but when we saw the room we decided to spend as little time in it as possible. |
