Some of the Reception Staff were excellent. We (six people) stayed one night only which was satisfactory and convenient for our needs On arrival a Woman Reception member tried very hard to refuse to accept our accompanying Dog, a Golden Retriever although the Hotel advertises they accept Dogs. This was a very bad start because the Hotel was chosen because of the Dog. |

The location of the hotel was very convenient and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room was very roomy, comfortable and stylish and had a good assortment of food. The breakfast staff was also very attentive. The rooms are very small which I know is normal for European hotels but my room was probably about 100 square feet and I had a very small single bed. |

The staff was very helpful and always willing to help with our stay in Paris. The location is excellent and about one block the Tuillieres and the Louvre. Convenient to public transportation and museums. Stayed 4 days and came back for another 3 after going to Spain for several days. Hotel stored our extra bags. Best breakfast!!!!!!!! Rooms on the front tend to be noisy on the weekends until 1:00am due to an Irish bar/restaurant on the corner if there is a game on TV. Rooms on the back are very quiet. Loved room 611. |

The hotel was very well located. Just 2 minutes walk to the Metro, 2 minutes to the Tuillerie gardens, 4 mins to Place Vendome, 4 mins to Hotel Costes, 8 minutes to Buddha Bar, 8 minutes to the Louvre. It was a great lcoation for the price. We loved the breakfast and the decor in the breakfast room. The service was great. |

only location I am sorry to say that the room given to us is a bad room, very noisy due to neighboor halls, I believe the room was located at the ground floor, somewhere adjacent to a laundry where all day night we heard water running. Whatsmore, there was a continuous scent of humidy. I think Hotel has a policy to give such bad rooms to customers like reserved thru internet. |

Very close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay. The pictures on the website make the room look very plush and nice but in reality it's incredibly plain and the bathroom was last decorated in the 1960's. We were hoping for a romantic break, but when we saw the room we decided to spend as little time in it as possible. |

The staff was very accommodating. I felt very relaxed at my hotel. They had everything I needed and were extremely pleasant. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better! Right by a metro stop. Just a block in from a busy main road. It couldn't be any better! You could hear the water running from other rooms, but it was relaxing. |

Location The service was poor, the staff was incredibly rude. I received four wake up calls, first one at 7.00 am instead of 9.00 am. The second one at 7.15. am etc The room was small and stuffy. It was noisy and generally unpleasant atmosphere in the hotel with drunken loud guests. |

hotel in central convenient location, breakfast room, food and service there was excellent, and rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds there is not adequate insulation in the walls and i felt like I was sharing a room with my neighbors who were unfortunately loud and late nighters with TV on until 2AM to say the least....Also, there was a major problem with the phone system and I was unable to make direct calls from my room?!! |

The location was very good, room was quite small, but we weren't in it for very long. The sole reason for picking this hotel was it's location, very close to the tube and central for all sites. |

-Staff was very polite/professional (not that usual in paris) The room (608) was great. Teh hotel is located 100 meters from Place Vendome and 10 meters from either les Tuileries et la Rue St Honore. Room was very clean and well agenced. Breakfast was great as well. it is to be noted I wnet there for a funeral and I was not in a Paris mood. Still, I was very pleased with this new adress. |

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our luggage delayed and they called us immediately when it was delivered to the hotel. The hotel has great location, very close to metro station, Louvre, Concord, Opera, etc. The room was clean and has all necessary comfort and was not so small as we have expected for Paris. The only unpleasant thing was the smell of a paint as the door of the bathroom was recently painted. |
