It was located very close to the subway, which made it convenient. There were nice shops and sightseeing that was fairly close. The room was tiny. I realize this is Europe, but it was a small room. Regardless, that wasn't the big issue (aside from the fact that there was no place to put my luggage. I think the biggest issue was the comfort of the bed (not great), although I have to say, compared to three other hotels I stayed at in Europe during this trip, this bed was the most comfortable. The price was also pretty ridiculous, but I guess that is how Europe, especially Paris, is.

Can't ask for a better location for Paris sightseeing. Great restaurants and clubs nearby. The rooms here are very small for the price, but that is what you expect in Paris.

The service and understanding of the gentleman on reception (tall - blonde with slight beard did not catch his name) was first class. As was the service of the rest of front of house team. My company will definitely return to the hotel for future trips to Paris. Thankyou all at Hotel Duo

Unbeatable location in the Marais, very trendy design hotel. Only reason I didn't rate it a 10 was because I arrived early in the morning and they weren't able to check me in until the 2:00 pm checkin time. That is entirely acceptable since it is the hotel policy but it would have been a nice perk to get an early checkin.

We've stayed at the Duo twice. The hotel is very chic, well styled, modern and very comfortable. This hotel is the height of boutique charm and has beautiful interiors, friendly staff and an amazing position in the heart of the Marais. Yes it has small rooms, but then so does every other hotel in Paris unless you can afford to spend over €500 per night. Despite being small, the rooms are chic, comfortable and the perfect base for regular trips out into the wonderful Marais which surrounds the hotel. The staff were also very accommodating when it came to my personal requests.

Excellently located hotel behind l'Hotel de Ville. Helpful staff, they even offered an umbrella for the rain. The rooms are small but well finished, good bedroom and modern bathroom. The walls may be a little bit too thin, but otherwise no complaints, I stayed at warm carpeted room with a window overlooking a street in the Marais. Metro is very close. It is not cheap, but I would go back for a weekend stay in Paris.

I always wanted to stay here when previously in Paris. The Hotel looks very inviting. This time I did and was pleasantly surprised .....the location is excellent, the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Small like everywhere in Paris. If you like more space you should book a superior room or a suite. Again like everywhere in Paris.

“Perfectly situated in central Paris for visiting the 'sights'. The duplex room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with coffee & tea- making facilities. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and were always cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast in the delightful cellar was excellent. ” Carole, Sompt |
