Book in advance, by internet! If you arrive midnight, you park your car (no charge), you dial the machine at the entrance, get your code and key, you enter and feel like in your own home. Daytime there is staff working, very friendly. A supermarket is in front of the hotel, and McDonalds :) nearby serve you day&night. 5 min walking distance : Hohenheim Gare, from there you access downtown Strasbourg in 15 min by tram.

This hotel is a disaster, the room smelled, bathroom looked like it was bought second-hand, dirty bedspread, dirty bed sheets, wifi works only sometimes, a dark corridor lighting is not working highly NOT recommend this place, one of the worst hotels I have ever seen

We liked the automatic checking in machine, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was a little boring but O.K. Lack of fresh air, even though next door to a supermarket it was at the industrial end of a nice town. there were water stains everywhere.

Personnel tres serviable et à l'écoute de nos besoins La douche était tres moyenne : barre de rideau branlante et arrachée du mur, fuite au niveau du tuyau de douche et peu de pression. Système avec rideau peu pratique car vient se coller lorsque nous prenons une douche.

We came out intact! Worst hotel I ever booked on booking.com. Arrived around 21:00 and had to check in at a machine; it gave me the key to my room, but I could not open the door, because I had to know a code, which was never given to me! The room was dirty. Stains all over (blankets, carpet, walls), the toilet broken, the window blinds too... It was at times very noisy, as you could hear motorcycles from the streets and even the tgv! The lady at the reception (in the morning) did not pay any attention to us, unless it was for collecting money.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix: - Situation géographique idéale (à 5 minutes du Tram qui va partout à Strasbourg) - Chambres confortables et propres - Personnel aimable et à disposition Nous avions un salon au parc des expositions, c'était parfait, car on y etait en 10 minutes maximum. Je recommande East Hotel à tous voyageurs d'affaires qui vont à Strasbourg.

L’hôtel est adéquatement situé dans une petite zone commercial offrant tout le confort nécessaire et un accès au tram vraiment tout proche et très bien desservie. De plus l’hôtel est vraiment très charmant, la décoration est design tout en restant très couleur locale. Un petit bar est à disposition, le petit déjeuner est complet et délicieux et les chambres sont propres et bien aménagés. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique j'ai été même particulièrement surpris du nombre de langue que le gérant de l’hôtel maitrise pour effectuer les réservations! C'est une personne chaleureuse et accueillante! Je recommande vivement!

La chambre n'était pas nettoyé, le lit défait. J'ai été obligé de demander une autre chambre. Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir et odeur de cigarette dans le couloir.

Excellent accueil. Chambres spacieuses. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner qui peut être très copieux. Une adresse a connaitre d'autant que bien situé près d'un arrêt du tram qui nous permet de rejoindre facilement le centre ville.
