We stayed in Eden Paradise at the end of july in an appartment for four people. We really loved the place! Location is perfect! Close to the beach (you cat see the sea from the balcony at the 3d floor), close to Cannes and Antibes, but at the same time in a really quiet place. The room is big and tidy, balcony is also big and is furnitured, so you can eat either there or in the living-room. After midday there is no sun at the balcony so you can enjoy coolness even when the day is very hot. Kitchen is well-equiped and separated from the living-room - it's a big advantage. Nice big bathroom and separate toilet. There is a small swimming-pool in the hotel. In the mornings it is very clean (at the other time of the day we simply haven't seen) so you can help yourself to wake up before breakfast if you are too lazy to go to the sea. Free private parking that can't be reached at night by anyone but the guests is also a big advantage in the south of France. You may leave things in the car (we leaved our bicycles) and should'n care that someone can steal it. Special thanks to Philippe, manager - he gave us really good advices! He offered good places to visit with the car or on foot, showed a nice bicycle root and was really very nice and helpful. I would undoubtely reccomend this place for anyone.
location, staff, breakfast
Quiet location close to a public beach, Golf Juan railway station to Monte Carlo, a bus station to Antibies, Cannes, Nice, etc.
Very old equipment especially kitchen.
the location... very closed to market, walking distance for the bakery and closed to nice, manaco and st. tropez.
Nice to have the pool and a balcony. The people working there were nice, though we didn't see much of them. Ok location. Free parking.
Missed aircondition. Strange smell in our appartment. No double-bed or real bedrooms, just bunkbeds for the kids and two single sleeping couches/sofa beds for us in the livingroom. Didn't want to use the kitchen as it was not very well equipped and because of the strange smell in the appartment...
-very friendly, helpful staff -having a kitchen
Seriously, paying 7 Euros for one hand towel and one bath towel?? How many travellers travel with towels when hoteling? Apparently it's on the website, but really?
The staff is great, very helpful and polite. They made us feel welcome The apartment was basic but clean. We loved the terrace, spacious and with a sea view. There is also a large parking, free of charge and the pool is great as well.
Though we had a fan, having air conditioning would be nice as it tends to get hot in July
Short walk to the beach (5-8 min& under the train), had all basic needs covered as ok pool, terrace, kitchen, furniture, bakery/food/McD nearby, larger than most french apts, quiet and nice enough location beside large trees, easy bus or 20 min walk to the more lively Juan-l-Pins, friendly and service minded managment! No hassles, no problems, good service.
Worn interior/wallpaper and the room itself could need a good makeover, no sea view(perhaps from upper floor?), not very clean, a bit deserted area-Golfe Juan is not really a city, no aircond and 14" fat-TV, the usual hassle with expensive french wifi with repeated logons every time you leave the ipad alone for five minutes. But most of these negative points were also a reason for this not being very expensive either so a nice deal altogether. Just be aware that the standards here might be lower than expected, keep the lowish cost in mind and you will be satisfied.
Great location ,close to beaches ,Excellent value for money
The staff were more than helpful. The location was perfect. No complaints.
The lift needs up dating
Tennis court, swimming pool, location.
For the price - very convenient to small grocery shop, beach, easy walk to the center of town. Staff reasonably helpful. Kitchenette and bathroom clean and well stocked.
Needs to be updated just a little. I shudder to think of how long since the bedspreads have been replaced - or even washed.
Well located for the festival and reasonably priced. The manager Philip are very helpful and always happy to assist.
The staff and their manager Philip are very helpful and always happy to assist us with anything we need. This is the 5th time we have stayed here and we will keep going back. The place is clean/comfortable, well located for the festival and very reasonably priced too. A win, win, win in our book.
We stayed at the Eden Paradise for 5 nights and were visiting the Film Festibal de Cannes. The staff was very helpful with giving us advice about public transport, taxis, and the surroundings in general. If you also wanna stay there for the festival I dare say you won't get better value for money. Clean, enough space to fit 4 adults and not too far away to Cannes itself. 15 to 20 min by bus (and the bus will take you back during the festival even if it's really really late at night). 5 min by train. Both options very cheap. A cab will be around 25 - 30 Euros. DON'T pay more. Never. All in all a very well priced stay. Also: there is a pool.
Don't expect too much luxury. It is a simple house very well suited for sleeping and showering. If you are visiting for holidays and want great accomodations you should try to find something else, which will inevitably be more expansive!
This hotel is in a small ville outside of nice. It quiet. It was a good place to sleep, which is all we did Also had plenty of free parking
They did not have free wifi.
It's a real pleasant place avec "une petite vue mer" .The staff is kind and you have a closed parking for free.
great value for money ..perfect location..very helpful staff
