“ This was our third year at Eden Paradise for the Cannes Film festival. The rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Phillip and his staff are always friendly and helpful... Liked the location, quiet area but only a short walk to the beach, shops and bus. Room was very comfortable and it was easy to relax. Lovely sunny balcony where we had our breakfast each day. Easy to prepare meals in the kitchen. Staff helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent, with a beach view from my livign room and a large balcony overlooking such, and yet off the main road so very calm and quiet, with a very private feeling about it. Very kind, helpful and chatty staff, plenty of parking space, with gates closing at night, so I felt perfectly comfortable with leaving CD-player etcetera in there,the apartment looks exactly like on the photos, so no unpleasant surprises there. Comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen with all facilities needed for light cooking and a "Carrefour" supermarket nearby for grocery shopping. I reckon' for the 60 euros/night I paid, this is definitely a bargain place to stay and I will certainly stay here again when next time in town.

Very clean room, fully equipped kitchenette, free and secure parking, really good price. Close to the beach, train station and bus stop, excellent base for trips to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, St.Tropez... Friendly personnel.

Well situated Juan les Pins and Cannes nearby, easy to reach by bus.Away from the main road and the traffic, surrounded by trees ,very quiet, Staff very friendly. Would go back again. Bathroom need to be refresh a bit.

Great welcome and great location. Very convenient - and clean and tidy. Good shower The bunk room corridor was quite hot and stuffy - but keep the doors open for a breeze and it is fine

Location worked for us, we required a easy stopover as we were just passing through, this fitted our needs . Anitibes boatshow was on, so rooms were difficult to come by, though this gave us a chance to explore other place in the area. Basic but spotless! Reception not 24 serviced.

la proximité des arrêts de bus pour Antibes et Cannes (d'où on peut aller dans toute la région pour pas cher), le calme de la résidence,l'heure d'arrivée quand on veut, la sympathie, gentillesse et bonne humeur du personnel la moquette, la décoration un peu vieille, l'éloignement de la gare (penser au bus bien mieux et plus régulier!), la grande route à proximité à traverser pour aller à la plage (pas rassurant pour une famille)

Et hyggeligt kompleks med rimeligt store lejligheder og store altaner. Det er ikke den store luksus, men der er en flink staff, og ikke langt til butikker og strand. Ideel beliggenhed for udflugter i det bjergrige bagland. Desuden fri parkering på hottellets eget område. Desværre ikke gratis internet, men en upålidelig ekstern udbyder. Vi betalte men kom aldrig på internettet.

Bene la discreta disponibilità di posti auto. Lo staff è discretamente competente e cortese. Poca pulizia delle stanze. Internet a pagamento che funziona solo con pc e anche male. Mentre con tablet e cellulari quasi inutilizzabile. Funziona decentemente stando in terrazza. Le cucine sono vecchie e scarne. No lavatrice. No lavastoviglie e farsi il bucato su lavatrici a gettoni costa molto. Paghi poco ma hai poco. Giusto per fare solo qlc giorno. Per il resto si trova a prezzi convenienti e con più servizi. ..

Résidence fermée, en ville, calme.balcon agréable. Manque de présence du personnel,état général vétuste. On a le sentiment que rien a été refait depuis sa création dans les années 1970 !! dommage !!

понравилось почти все. Интернет не очень быстрый, но скайп и ТВ качает, на две недели стоит около 30 евро. единственное, что если вы собираетесь готовить в номере, то плита очень медленная, мы варили суп более 5 часов. Но после купили отдельную электроплитку и все получалось очень бытро за час- полтора.
